He did not have lawful status. He just had a proceeding that said he couldn't be deported to ONE SPECIFIC country. That didn't mean he couldn't be deported. And Biden chose not to deport him. That didn't make him legal here. Trump chose to deport him, but accidentally deported him to the ONE SPECIFIC country we weren't supposed to deport him to. But saying he had legal status is a flat out lie.

Watched most of the closing arguments; all of the defense and some of the CW's. I don't know about the DUI charge; didn't know it was even one of the charges. But for the rest can't believe the verdict won't be acquittal. The defense did such a good job using science to show it couldn't have happened the way the CW says, and highlighting the extreme corruption and incompetence that happened in the investigation. Even if she were convicted, they have so many things to appeal on, but I don't think an appeal will be necessary.
