I'm not familiar with Tyler. I'm saying where I'm at uber rides are often unavailable during late hours (I tried a week or two ago, matter of fact and none accepted my ride and i had to cancel) and to call the local taxi company you might find the wait to be an hour. I'm just saying it's not as convenient and can be a deterrent for some, unfortunately. I'm just saying when I see you talk about it you often act like the choice is an easy one. It is, either have a ride or don't drink. But the option to get a ride home safely isn't always as easily available as it is in more urban areas.
