This has been a great game. Lots of intriguing matchups scheduled this afternoon.

That's awful. I actually visited Acapulco on a college trip in 2002. It was a lot of fun and I thought it was nice outside of swimming in the ocean as waste and sewage floats by.

"Home Marketing Team Areas", it doesn't mean those two teams aren't going to play games overseas. -

That wouldn't make much difference where they played. Having tyeek back at Arrowhead for this first time or not, obviously would. -

Actually it was the Lions who the Chiefs were going to play (reports had been leaked) and then a few days later they said it would be Miami as the Chiefs requested not to play the Lions abroad. There was a lot of speculation why the Chiefs did that. Nothing ever really said for certain. I believe though the Chiefs requested it be the dolphins. -
in week 6, Rice played 34 of 71 snaps, so he still isn't even out there half the time yet. But it does feel like he is making more of his opportunities than the other Chiefs receivers.

There have been 416 snaps through 6 games , as best I can tell. To date you have the following: 1. MVS - 258 2. Moore - 249 3. Watson - 181 4. Rice - 158 5. Toney - 109 6. Ross - 64 7. James - 26 Justin Watson dislocated his elbow and will miss a few weeks, so right there is about 30 snaps per game until he gets back.

I don't know why but I like this.

Scared? It was strategic. Schedule a cupcake team in Germany, who you'd likely win? Or take away Tyreek's ability to make the game in KC all about him with extra motivation and incentive and make the travel for both teams tough in what likely was going to be a highly contested game already. Now Tyreek gets to face his old team in a stadium full of a lot of fans who probably have no idea who the guy is. It's super smart for the Chiefs to say nah, not Chicago in Germany make it Miami. But for TV ratings, it's the absolutely worst game to schedule at 8:30 am. -

The schedule was finalized this spring. The Chiefs asked to play the dolphins in Germany to not have a tyreek homecoming. -

your argument had more merit when it was teams no one really cared about playing. Except homers, which they'll usually watch their team whenever. Now you have the biggest matchup in the AFC of the entire year approaching, and I don't think many yet realize the aberration of them having this game in the wee morning hours. -

Are ya'll enjoying this? Waking up at 8:30 am (or whatever it is for your time zone) to see a couple teams play a game of football? With five teams at 5-1, I just looked up when they face each other in the remaining schedule. And found: Week 7 SNF - Fins v Eagles Week 9 8:30 am - Chiefs v Fins Week 11 MNF - Chiefs v Eagles Week 13 3:30 - 49ers v Eagles There's still 8 teams with 2 losses so there will be plenty of other competitive games. But when I look at that list the top 2 IMO are the 49ers/ Eagles and Chiefs/ Fins as either of those two could determine who ends up with HFA. I can't imagine many people thinking it's going to be a lot of fun to wake up early and watch the Chiefs/ Fins. I happen to be at an event in KC the night before, so I'm getting a hotel room and going to the team sponsored watch party at J. Rieger with a German inspired brunch, signature cocktails so I'm good. But otherwise it's pretty lame.
