sorry, I'm late to the party. I really don't like to read, but I just scanned some pages of Traction by Gino Wickman. Many of the principles we're already ahead of the game (vision, the people, data) and I'm really looking to build energy around improving and making our meetings more efficient, productive and enjoyable.
