Clears up about $27M in cap space for the Chiefs and the Trey Smith franchise tag makes more sense now. The Chiefs don't need to be paying the most expensive interior lineman in the league, but definitely appreciated Thuney's play and what he meant to the team the last few years.

I don't know why seafoam cares about my political leanings so much. I'm probably as middle of the road as you get, and think both sides go off their rocker at times. I definitely don't like the way liberals govern, but on social issues I don't care if two dudes want to suck each other's d1cks etc. It wasn't Skelton, as my former boss is still in the legislature in a House leadership position but now I work for a non-profit. I have a lot of experience seeing both sides on a lot of issues, and work with people on extreme opposites of issues that i actively advocate for on behalf of people in poverty.

The deck is being replaced, so it'll be a new build. It will just be water and snow melt, as we don't have any trees that blow debris onto the current deck. I was kind of thinking the same thing, but in 15 years I'll be 62. Hopefully it gives me a little more life than that (assuming I'm there to see it) and it'll eventually be someone else's problem

Total size of deck is about 35'x14'. With the patio about 14'x14', and a storage area that needs to be free of water runoff that's another 10' of run. I've got about 9' of clearance from patio to decking floor. I haven't figured out what i want for patio ceiling but I'll want it to look nice
