I've got a buddy just a few years younger than me who grew up best friends with my brother who passed 20 yrs ago. They played ball together, lockered in HS together, hung out all the time, etc. I split the cost of my tickets with him, so I'll be taking my 17 year old son and he'll be taking his 7 year old son next week.

They are really doing well so far. As is Mizzou, who I'm not extremely fond of even though I live in and am from the state.

And I know the dumbass kicked his girl then lied about it and I'm not condoning domestic violence, but I do like a good redemption story as we all fock up and learn to be better. But Kareem getting a ring after being dismissed by the Chiefs would not a good one per se, but still intriguing storyline.

I hope the Chiefs win. There is such a difference in your enjoyment of other teams playing playoff games when your team is in it/ moving on.

I agree this whole bs trying to protect the qb needs addressing and clarity in the offseason. And runners should be fair game. People probably won't want to hear this, but I think it would make Mahomes play differently (within adjusted rules) and he's still head and shoulders better than who he is competing with more often than not.
