If JSTEW gets traded ,where would he go?

i could also see Denver & Fox being interested. Payton's gonna need a few more toys around him, Willis is old and Knowshow is likely way on the outs. How's his pass pro?

    Winners, sign in here!

Wow man.. i would say you certainly paid your dues. I won nearly 3k 3rd big win ever (I won a big total points payout in '08) but only my 2nd championship (since '07, the Brady year) and had finished 4th, 2nd & now i'm the man in this, my only remaining "big money league". My team is in my signature. It's a redraft.. I'll sure miss you Jimmy Graham.

    I won, I won, I won!

Big Congrats!! ..and i'm not sure I agree on the Brees record. Huge home moment for a formerly woebegone franchise.. a record he obviously really cared about.. plus, i think they just want to prepare for the playoffs now & move on.

Post the team that won your keague

Team is in my signature. 14 team, non-PPR (although we're going PPR next season). My serious value guys: Stafford (5th), Graham (6th), McGahee (8th), Spiller (9th, came on late), D. Moore (13th), matchup DSTs: CIN, SEA My solid guys.. slightly outperforming their ADPs: MJD (12th/1 RD), Forte (3rd/2 RD), Marshall (12th/3 RD). Key trade acquisitions: Julio Jones Usually I trade more, but this year didn't need to. Spiller no getting dropped was my XMas miracle.

    What do you need?

If Finley goes nuts you have a chance. If not.. not likely so good for you. Break a leg dude.

    What do you need?

I'll be rooting for ya man. Sounds like you need Ryan to revert to midseason form a good bit. That could very well happen & I think Graham is gonna go nuclear with Lance Moore gimpy or unavailable. Thanks again for the Spiller WSIS recomendation. You got good some instincts chief.

    AD torn ACL and MCL

Makes all this FF nonsense seem so trivial. I'm admittedly a junkie for FF & a huge NFL fan.. but it's just a sad day for football when one of its brightest lights goes down with what could very well be a career altering, serious injury like that. Heal well & Godspeed Purple Jesus! When healthy.. nobody really does it better.

    What do you need?

Go get 'em guys! I need NADA.. I have it locked up as I rolled over the #1 seed (Rodgers owner) last week and again put up huge numbers. I'm up by 103 with three players left & all he has is Rodgers. If Rodgers throws for ten TDs it may be close.. but the champagne is popped, the chickens have been counted, well fed & put to bed. Cue the Freddie Mercury.. I got my first big payout since '07 (the Brady year) and i'm a happy camper. Thanks for indulging my giddiness.. and thanks to anyone reading the thread for being a part of the FF Today info sharing collective & neurosis counseling network. Very fun year.. and I won out of the 12/14 spot with a bit of a value oriented team.

Jerome Simpson with a highlight TD

Easily the coolest, sickest TD or maybe even football play i have ever seen. My wife hates football & I rewound it to show her.. and even she was totally blown away.

    MILES AUSTIN!

I sat him.. but i was up big, loaded with good matchups this week and rolled my opponent anyway. I played Spiller & McGahee instaed.. the former doing real well for me (thanks to JMoneyJag for convincing me to play the little speedster). All over but the shouting.. I have emerged victorious in my bigger $$ league! p.s. Austin was a nice steady helper for all of us who had him down the stretch. I love when my iffy WRs come on strong late to pitch in.

    Leave your last minute questions

I think Moss has to be in.. you need one cake matchup with upside. Hard to sit Lynch even with the seeming brick wall matchup.. ditto Sjax, cause he's been catching a ton of passes lately. Man you have a lot of choices, but none that poke out as a clear cut winner.. hmmm.. I'd prob. roll With Lynch, Bell & Santana Moss. Good luck!

    Leave your last minute questions

I just feel that with Mcgahee practicing in full all week (he didn't do that with his other issues earlier this season), that he's got to be close to 100% & is the safer play with that crappy Bills run D. I could bench Miles Austin & throw Spiller into the Flex. My other WRs are Marshall & Julio.. and they're glued to my starting lineup with their matchups. Thanks for the feedback Mr. Gibblets

    Leave your last minute questions

I've gone back n' forth between Spiller & McGahee. I like Willis for solid points today, but the hammy scares a touch in the cold weather. Thoughts guys? BTW, i have a lead going in & don't need to "swing for the fences" exactly. Btw, i'd roll with Michael Bush today if I had him.. i think he'll be solid. I actually face him today

    Felix Jones doesn't practice

I'm starting to wonder if Austin is even an automatic start. He seems healthy.. and I absolutely trust him & love his role as a "moveable chess piece". But with Spiller suddenly viable.. I have options. Point is: I agree with you guys; it's starting to look like a quagmire game for the Cowgirls here. Granted, if Philly jumps all over them.. they'll still throw it a bunch. After schooling the Jets, the Eagles just seem to have gotten their swagger back quickly. I would be wary of rolling with any Dallas RB right now unless I had to.

    Felix Jones doesn't practice

Just put in for Sammy as well. I have one move to block my opponent & he's likely to start Jacobs or Tate in his Flex spot now.. which i'd be fine with. If somehow Jamie Harper or Evan Royster look like injury beneficaries, i'd also be fine facing those two. Morris, if given an opportunity could do quite well i think.. so i'm going ahead & grabbing him now.

    week 16 def/st

I'm thinking i'm personally down to either Cincy or Seattle. They're both home.. and as much as i'd like to play "pick on Blaine Gabbert".. it seems that every rankings source i use has the former two above TEN. Getting gashed by the Colts will do that I guess. I rode the Skins early in the season.. even without Landry, that team can play D.. it's just been gameflow issues (i.e. them falling behind) and their crap offense that's hurt them. Vikes have given up the most points to DSTs in the last five weeks.. so they're a really solid play IMO. I can't decide if i'm "chasing points", with both the SEA DST & C.J. Spiller this week.. there's a good chance I sit them both. That said (yes, i'm still focking waffling here), the taste of the Bungles sucking mightily last week in St. L has me still on the fence.

    week 16 def/st

These are some really good posts guys.. really appreciate the effort & analysis. Unfortunately, at present time.. no closer to a decision on which one to start this week. SEA looking more tempting again though.

    week 16 def/st

I don't see them as a good play at all. Gabbert's a disaster; MJD will get them a few first downs, but there will be a ton of Jax 3 and outs, short fields, the game's in TEN, they're still alive. Jax looked somewhat functional before Jason Hill & ANY semi-pro level WR was on the roster. They looked like a high school JV team last week. To each their own.. maybe if my only other option was NE.. but there are a few DSTs i'd rather consider than Jax.
  20. CookieG

    Kahlil Bell

I put in for him, only to make sure that the team i'm playing (has: M. Bush, Jacobs & Tate) won't get him to tweak up his Flex. Being the #2 seed has it's benefits baby!
  21. CookieG

    week 16 def/st

I've got to decide between TEN, SEA & CIN. After SF looking so controlled on MNF.. i'm starting to veer toward starting TEN.. MJD should get his, but he did well on short rest versus ATL & they still abused everybody else in a Jags jersey. As much as i'd like to get back in on the Seahawks fun, this is where i'm at now. Weather in Cincy might also tempt me to stick them back in.. but they've been just okay lately & closed the game against St. L quite poorly last week.
  22. I took Stafford & Graham a touch early 6th/7th, but I really wanted them & there were big runs on both QB & TEs and I was staring Josh Freeman dead in the face if I didn't jump. So back to the original question: Forte & Graham were huge early for me.. but now Stafford & MJD are carrying me. It would be nice to have a rock solid WR to build around some year.. but I always seem to fall into RB/RB as i've been getting late draft order spots and I piece together a few second tier guys there. I spent 1/3 of the season trying to make a trade for another decent WR & eventually made a great deal (if i do say so myself), bagging Julio. If I have a top 5-6 spot next year, i might go RB/WR/WR.. but it's all relative. The funniest thing with my roster is how many times I almost dropped C.J. Spiller. And now he's likely a pretty important part of trying to get me home.

Rank These Week 15 D/ST Options...

Dude.. why didn't you share with the class? Hoping they still have some swagger when they host the Niners next week.. and the Niners will be tired & uninspired.

    LIONS WIN!

Agreed. Mike also had Eli ranked higher than just about everybody. I'm a Giants fan & I wanted no part of him. Along with John Hanson of Fantasy Guru, FF Today definitely planted Stafford in my crosshairs. Too bad I didn't grab Calvin too.
