I think I'd start Forte. Galloway sounds good, but I'm not convinced he's 100% healed. Didn't do much last week even though he had the opportunities. Cotchery for sure. Another poster is saying 90% rain/wind in the Pitt/Clev game. Raiders secondary is weak, so Bowe has good possibilities this week. I would never sit Housh. Wouldn't start anyone against Philly D, and if it is 90% rain/wind, I guess Holmes is a problem.
