See DC for the blueprint. But your point is valid. For Baltimore, it has to start with the police and go all the way through the justice system, especially for minors. Crimes are being committed by 13-15 yo’s and not just minor crimes. Car jacking, murder, theft. Then they’re sent to the juvenile court system and back on the street. Some of these teens and 15+ arrests and they’re still out rampaging the city. There are no penalties or repercussions for these kids committing crimes.

CCL tried the same thing and were forced to update their policies to eliminate the harm they created. Olive Garden, also owned by Darden, tried the same thing with the never ending pasta bowl.

The Governor of Maryland and the Mayor of Baltimore, two of the dumbest politicians of all time, are picking a fight with Trump over the safety of Baltimore. Meanwhile, innocent people are catching stray bullets (including children) robberies and vandalism are rampant EVERYWHERE in the city when they used to be isolated to certain pockets. The city is dying, if not already dead, and these jack holes are trying to tell the public everything is fine. Bring in the NG and clean up this sh!thole that democrats have run into the ground.
