Verdict watch next week unless there are a few rebutals. Karen supporters have some pink on. Larry Forman has a light pink tie on. We see the defense team group outside waiting to go in. Yes! Brennan did a decent cross but it fell way short. This cop has no reason to lie, to go against the others. He was in an àccident from a dui driver. If anything he'd be on that point in back of his mind. Aunti Bev didn't want to rule this case as a mistrial with prejudice as Alessi argued the fact that Brennan can't bring up dna in cross since the defense never brought it up. So here you go. Karma. The case that was set to be defended on the count of poor police investigation now has corruption on it too! It's no wonder all 4 lawyers are working hard all pro bono, 2 from Cali, 1 from NY & 1 from MA. The fund raising being done is n̈ot to pay the defense lawyers...it's to cover the costs of bringing in their witnesses. If she gets convicted, it'll probably be the largest outrage in history I'd imagine. Btw, Peter is one I watch too. It's great to watch him & his dad together do the weekly recaps. Peter also is definitely not hard on the eyes.

If you haven't watched the interview of one of the jurors after the 1st trial, google it. Everyone thought it was a slam dunk for the defense.

As far as Proctor, if I was on the jury I'd be wonding where the hell is he. Cw not calling him, Higgins, trooper Paul... I would be thinking Proctor must be dead!

Mr paint was hilarious. No science, just reinactments. I can't wait for Aarca to blast Aperture's ass with real science & math like they did in the first trial.

I am soooo enjoying master Alessi & action Jackson desimate the cw witnesses. This case as more holes than swiss cheese along with shitty sloppy police procedures which screams corruption & cover up to me. The people reporting from inside the courtroom feel the jury isn't feeling cw. They are all in their 30s so imo more flexible in thought. Burgess was a major fail. All the lawyer channels I watch analyzing this case for us said they have never seen a bigger wtf ever. The fact that the defense lawyers are now pro bono on this case is very telling, especially Alessi who charges $1800 an hour. Hopefully the 12 deliberators see all the bs the cw has shown!

Defense doesn't need to prove anything. Bev will let it go to the end. She' ruled heavily for cw. She's biased as hell. There are huge holes in their lauhable case so she's not going to end it. I can't wait for Defense to call now fired because of this case in pt 1 & for Aarca to come on again.

If you haven't watched the whole trial, just watch the defense on cross for all the cw's witnesses.. Remember too the Defense doesn't have to prove a thing. She needs to be found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. They just need to have poked one hoĺe..This sloppy investigated case screams reasonable doubt... Here's a big one. The cw's medical examiner could not even say there was a homocide!

I'm addicted to this case so I'm watching it all with my fav lawtubers commentary & recaps. Emily D Baker predicts CW will rest Wed/Thurs. No court until Tuesday. Seems there may be issues getting witnesses in until then is the thought of why no court till Tues.

That was because some jurors were making faces during testimonies. Today some were chatting so seating was changed.

Runkle is bomb, especially in this bs trial. I look for Mark, too. He's a frequent guest for lawtubers. He was going to join the defense team but was denied. He would have been bomb too. Fits right in with this 5 star defense team.

I missed it too but it's been revealed from sources inside the courtroom that the jurors seating has been changed. Some were seen chatting during non testimony time. Could be not about the case, just chit chat. Bev had admonished the jurors on Friday for making faces during testimonies.This is my guess. A young jury, all in late 20s/30s imo is great for the defense. I think they can easily spot bs from the cw. CW is running out of witnesses, probably done next week. Defense may call for directed verdict or maybe mistrial... I can't wait!

A good pcp goes over all your to do lists at at least your annual check up. Mine is on me even about getting my eyes checked, & I have no problems with them other than using readers for small print. The pcp is the one who should prod you & send referrals for you for these recommended exams we all should be doing. Many people have no clue on what preventive exams are out there or that even they are out there.

It won't be him but his boss Dr. Wechler. But still... I have never rolled my eyes & laughed so hard watching a trial. YSL is close though with master defense attorneys Brian Steel, Max Shardt. Another wtf trial. If Bev had any ethics & wasn't corrupt & so biased, this trial would be over by now...
