Why do we have a vaccine against a virus?

I remember when they first started forcing the shot on people, I told people it wasn't doing what they claimed. I kept saying it doesn't make sense that so many people would be popping positive still if the shot worked as advertised. Remember R0? It should've went way down. The answer at that time was that I was wrong and it was all the "anti-vaxers" still killing grandmas. It was only after it was blatantly obvious that the shots didn't do what they said, that the narrative switched to "vaccines don't confer immunity. Gosh what dummy would think that?"

Why do we have a vaccine against a virus?

Preach. The widely accepted premise and the one espoused by the administration when they were forcing people to take the shot so they could justify making Pfizer billions was that if you took this shot you wouldn't get covid and you wouldn't spread covid. And if you didn't take this shot, you would suffer a winter of severe illness and death and kill grandmas. When all that was proven to be complete BS, they tried to just change the language to make themselves correct in some way. 5 years ago all these Pfizer shills would've said that in general, a vaccine would confer immunity. The CDC obviously would've said that, but instead of just saying they overreached they reached for technicalities to claim they were right the whole time. Then an army of shills argued it on their behalf. So now instead of just acknowledging that they were wrong with what they forcefed the public, and holding them accountable, we'll all be distracted by the shills arguing semantics on their behalf and keep shoveling tax dollars into pfizer's balance sheet.

Apparently the CDC didn't know what a vaccine was either.

    Trey Lance traded to Dallas...

To be fair, he actually has a stop route too.

    Trey Lance traded to Dallas...

That draft was bizarre. Maybe not being to see people as much because of covid hurt evaluations. Between Zach Wilson and Trey going as high as they did, I thought Justin Fields must've been a serial killer or something. I mean why take Lance when you can take Fields?

    Trey Lance traded to Dallas...

I actually watched several Watson games. He has two routes. Run straight or run a crosser against zone.

Because he ran 9 routes every play.

    Trey Lance traded to Dallas...

I play in a dynasty league. Watching film is how I knew Elijah Mitchell was good as a rookie and James Robinson was good as a rookie and how I knew Jeudy was too soft to be drafted as high as he was in rookie drafts and how I knew to sidestep Laquon Treadwell because he relied on his size in college and that wasn't translatable to the NFL (same for N'Keal Harry) and how Marvin Mims isn't that good and how I know Christian Watson is going to disappoint this year because he's not going to create separation and Jordan Love isn't aggressive enough to throw him open. Wide receivers are actually really easy to scout. It makes me wonder why NFL teams are so bad at it.

    Trey Lance traded to Dallas...

Darnold can be quite good when there is no pressure. I learned that watching USC games and that's how I knew the Jets fans shouldn't get excited about him and how I knew the Panthers fans shouldn't get excited about him when he got them to 5-0 or whatever it was that year he went there.

DynastyNerds has game film on almost every prospect. Even for SDSU, there were 3 or so games. Nowadays, you can get game film on almost anyone. Just Google player x film and there are multiple games on YouTube

    Trey Lance traded to Dallas...

This is why I ignore people who say things like, "like you know more than NFL coaches." I watched all of these guys and I was shocked when they gave up all of that for Lance. For that matter, I thought Zach Wilson wasn't anything special either.

Public doorways are no place for a family meeting

I'd say a family of fat people did block your path, but I bet you just said, excuse me, and they got out of the way.

These guys keep crying about the Ukranian propaganda, but just lap up all of the Russian propaganda.

Death pool update - wagner leader Prigozhin

First thing I thought of. 50/50 he faked his own death. Don't forget that Putin is so moral that if trannies gets into Russia he's going to nuke the world. Hard to believe a man with his moral conviction would order a plane with you would presume innocent people aboard to be ahot down, but I guess it could've been one of his underlings acting autonomously.

I heard he traded his first and second for Dorian Thompson-Robinson.

    nuclear war - doomsday⌛

His take is kind of dumb. The chances are much less than 50% US would see a ICBM flying our way in the next few years. He guaranteed it will happen. Then when people disagree with his guarantee, he says they're dumb because it's possible. The conflict in Ukraine brought the chance of someone shooting a nuke at the US in the next few years from 0.001% to like .1%. yes the chances are 1000 times more likely, but it's still pretty damn unlikely. Now the chance Ukraine gets a tactical nuke shoved up their kiev. Maybeeeee... 3%? So it's worth a discussion, but not this whole, "Russia has no choice but to nuke the US now and Biden will bend the knee," stuff is complete horse shìt.
  18. Rumor is they are making room for Justin Herbert. Chargers are willing to trade Herbert, a first and second for DTR.

    Zero RB / Anchor RB

Here's the thing. And I almost hate to post this, but there is no unified theory of drafting that you're going to be able to apply every year. And "take the best player" isn't correct either believe it or not, although "take the best player that won't be around at a later pick" is a pretty good strategy. What we're trying to do here is build the best team possible by exploiting market inefficiency. The reason that changes from year to year is market inefficiency changes from year to year. For instance, the year Michael Turner went to Atlanta, I knew I could draft him the 4th so I could tilt the early rounds to wide receiver. Michael Turner being undervalued that year was an inefficiency to exploit. So the philosophy is to find undervalued players to target and build your draft backwards from there.

    Ignore List

Worst poster here is a good debate. I'd rank the three worst as Seafoam - adds absolutely no value. Says nothing interesting, and posts non-stop League champion - the constant stream of dumb memes and threads yelling at clouds is annoying. Dogcows - doesn't post enough to be in the running for worst, but he's hard to beat when it comes to posting some of the dumbest shìt I've ever read.

    Late round Tight Ends

I've been sitting on Luke Musgrave, but now that he's getting hype, I'm kind of bummed. That means he's going to have a torn ACL by week 2
  23. Some men may prefer to have a stay-at-home wife no matter what. I'd expect those guys want to control the woman, though, by keeping them reliant on them.

    Late round Tight Ends

I have a hot take for you gentlemen. Fact - Runningbacks are devalued under the current system in which the rules allow for passing game efficiency Fact - Increased passing rates has driven the market value of wide receivers higher. Fact - NFL team building is an exercise in resource management and getting ROI on contracts Conclusion - Market forces should drive teams to utilize tightends in the offense to a greater degree given the inflation we are seeing in wide receiver contracts only partially offset by deflation in riunningback contracts. I expect there to be an overall rise in production coming from the TE position over the next few years. This will have the effect of reducing the advantage of the top TEs as the supply of higher scoring TEs increases.
