Husband of “influencer mom” placed sports bet while 3-year old drowned, won’t be charged

So if a parent wants to kill their toddler so they can go live a life of drugs and partying just let them hang out by a pool... Oops, he drowned. What a terrible accident. That's why you prosecute. -

Gutterboy is usually a dummy thanks to him trying to be woke, but maybe since this really isn't a wokie topic, he's right here. You can't leave your kid unattended by a pool. That's like telling them to go play in traffic. Almost guaranteed to have something bad happen. And we punish accidents all the time. Vehicular manslaughter, negligent homicide. It's really just a matter of if you think leaving a kid unattended by a pool for several minutes is gross negligence. I, for one, think it is grossly negligent. I mean what idiot leaves a 3 year old by a pool unwatched for 9 minutes? It took the kid what? two minutes to find a way to fall in? That's what 3 year olds do. -
They could've easily have him find the tunnels. And as for the kid narrative. That was completely useless too.

Well, I think I can put my Corey Kiner dream to rest. 10 carries 45 yards. It was okay. Offensive line didn't do him any favors, but he also didn't look dynamic in space at all which I guess I should've known given his athletic testing. I fell in love with his elite contact balance, but you don't climb up from 5th string with okay. See you on the practice squad Corey!

Looking back on it, the entire existence of the female park ranger wasn't really necessary. All they did was prolong the story with her ex-husband side quest.

Elon says that Trump is in the Epstein files.

The entire 18% of trump bootlickers seem to post here. Or maybe seafoam just makes it seem that way. Countdown starts now for him coming in to say something like "why didn't Biden release it?" all because trump told him to. -
L.A. ICE raids/protests thread - California bans ICE agents from wearing masks
nobody replied to squistion's topic in The Geek Club
ICE is being heavy handed probably due to poor training and the ham-fisted directives from the white house to deport X number a day, but a positive side effect is I bet the number of folks crossing the border illegally is way down thanks to all the media coverage showing ICE agents dragging abuela to alligator alcatraz. I'm sorry abuela is getting caught up, but at the end of the day, if you're here illegally, you're here illegally. -
Good to see dem tiddies are still apart of the show for Hightown. The House of Lies show pulled the ole bait and switch, and cut way back on dem tiddies and I'm losing interest quickly.

I liked it. Although it was too long, so I figured out the ending by the time they finally got there.

I rule negligence and should be prosecuted. -

The reason I give more grace for the kid wandering outside situation is I think it's more reasonable to assume a three year old isn't going to get through a closed door. If he left the kid in the backyard, it's only a matter of time before the kid falls in the water. -

It's negligent to ignore boat safety laws and not put your kid in a vest whether you're holding the kid or not. -

If not paying attention to your kid every second of the time you're babysitting is a crime, I'd be in jail for sure. That being said, I have a pool, and we put a fence up, and I'd also never let a three year old play anywhere near a pool without supervision, so I would need to understand the details of the case. Did the kid wander outside somehow? Or did the dad just leave him out in the backyard without adequate protection from the water? If the kid left the house without the dad knowing, accident. If the dad left the kid in the backyard with open access to a pool to go chill in the house, I can see a case for negligence pretty easy. -
When the hell has Kyle shannihan ever split his runningback touches? He just runs whoever his starter is into the ground.

There was a story awhile back about a father that fell asleep and his kids started playing in his truck and locked themselves inside. At first they were saying he left them in there, but some neighbor's ring camera caught the kids crawling through the back window from the truck bed. No charges. Can't police everything. -
Catching up on the broncos 49ers game. RJ Harvey getting crazy amount of work. He looks decent. Trying to bounce too many plays. It's working against the backups but I think he's going to have a rude awakening when the starters are in there.

If you could guarantee CMC could stay healthy, where would he go? 3rd overall or so? If that's the case, why not draft him at the end of the first and pair him with Guerrendo who you can get in like the 12th?

She looks like she's been eating liver with a side of lard and 6 pounds of bacon. -
And then the US will align with Russia against the rest of the world. And then they'll close the straight of Hormuz because Iran is so scary. Last chance to get out of the markets before it's too late!

I wouldn't be surprised if the phrase exceeding 75k was there to satisfy some rule or law that says a complaint has to exceed 75k or whatever to qualify for some specific treatment by the court.

Would hate for a war to break out or something.

5 targets... 2 catches 43 yards First catch was good. This was the 29 yarder. Nice throw by young. Tet was blanketed but used his body to shield the defender and young dropped it in a bucket. Second catch was just a standard in cut against the softest coverage you'll ever see for 14 yards. Standard catch every receiver in the league makes. Third was an interesting one. He had man at about the 5. He got open on a slant (or we can call it a post) for a potential td, but he took so long selling the corner route to get open, he was late and the ball was on him before he found it and went off his hands. No big deal as long as young adjusts to that timing... Or tet gets faster. 4th, tet does a good job finding a little bit of room in a pretty well played zone, but it was a boot cutting off half the field and no one on defense bit so every single defender was in the area. Tet did let it get into his body like he was worried about the hit. Honestly I can't blame him though. He could've really got lit up. I suppose it would be great if he caught it, but that was a tough spot and defender jarred it loose before he could bring it in. 5th was a 3rd and 3 in the 2 minute drill. Man with a little token press coverage. Tet takes a million years making moves, and Dalton throws it up to probably where he should be, but Tet never got past the backup DB to even get into his go route. A generous read is a great catch and some timing stuff they can fix. A harsher read, you could call it two drops, never got separation except on the super soft coverage, and his big one was because of the great throw by Young more than a great route by Tet. I thought it was an okay outing save that last target which was a horrible rep by Tet. If he can't beat a backup DB in press, he's in trouble. It's clear that the QBs are expecting him to get to his spots faster, but that might be something they can work on.

So not as bad as could be so we have that going for us.
