One reason I'm not a fan of student loan forgiveness is I think college prices are too high. If the student loan forgiveness came with some sort of cap on tuition I'd be more open to it. The government spent the 80s and 90s telling people they need to get a college degree and costs have inflated to beyond ridiculous levels.
