He said it was a new low. That is definitely false. We've hit lower lows than that. In fact people celebrating Kirk's death is a lower low. Fūck it. I'm switching sides. Kick Kimmel off the air for lying since we're going to be intentionally stupid. Thanks for voting for this!

If Kimmel had said, "the maga gang is keying on the fact that he wasn't one of them for political points," I think it would've been more accurate. Using the word trying implies that the maga gang wasn't accurate in classifying that the shooter wasn't maga. It was a useless statement even as setup and clearly was just a jab at maga.
-
Kimmel's statement was false, though, unlike HauckTuah claims. It definitely is not a new low. We've been fighting over which killers have which ideology for political points for awhile now. It was only scraping lows we've already hit.
-
He's playing a semantic game. If you parse out the words and ignore context and tone, Kimmel technically never said the shooter was maga. Technically, he only said maga was trying to say the shooter wasn't maga (and score political points from that). No one loves a good semantic argument more than HauckTuah.

Covid lies dwarf anything Kimmel said

If this was someone less terrible than Kimmel, this could've been a moment of unification. It's tough to rally around a guy who was racist and sexist for years and then decides to be woke when it's convenient (aka pulling a gutter) as having any moral high ground. I don't know why those guys always end up being the loudest mofos out there... Well I do. Also notice how there isn't a lot of opinions from the black community on the subject (outside of folks paid to give opinions). They know who he is.

I'm not saying you've never came down on the other side of the lefties. I'm just saying I can't remember a time when you ever did. And I'm sure you did the typical thing I thought was a lefty trait, but I see the righties doing it too now where you spend 10 words saying something isn't right and then spend 10,000 words justifying whatever it is, but that doesn't fool me. I see how you guys are when you really believe something. You guys are like dogs with bones. You'll argue over it for weeks. You don't just write one or two sentences and never mention it again.

Jordan Mason gets a chance to shine. Should be a priority add if he's on the wire by chance.

Well, they got the guy very quickly in Floyd's case too. The real reason there are no riots is there's no race hustlers riling people up over nonsense ideas like police are killing black people indiscriminately.

Like everything Gavin does, I'm not good with it.

May be a joke

I have an idea. Why doesn't someone just ask Kimmel what he meant? Or do we feel like he would lie to save himself so no matter what he'll play the semantics game HauckTua is playing? I mean it was probably written by some writer anyway I'd imagine.
-
I guess. I mean it's two words. Was he speaking specifically about stupid Muslims? Or was he saying all Muslims are stupid? I mean I'm sure there a plenty of stupid muslims out there. Lord knows I know a ton of stupid Christians after all.
-
Sure. I didn't even know who Kirk was before all this. Why would I care how you interpret anything he says?
-
Not true. They suppressed Hunter laptop story too. And while I don't buy ivermectin is effective against covid, by like week 10 we knew it was old and fat people who were vulnerable to covid and they pushed a narrative that anyone who stepped outside was at risk and then they used it to push BS about how the vaccine would keep you from getting covid which was bs.
-
Come on. Everyone knows what he meant. Why wouldn't you say, "characterize as left wing," if that's what you meant. By saying that maga was "desperate" to characterize the shooter as "other than them," especially in that patronizing and condemning intonation, the implication is that the shooter was indeed one of them. Any non-robot would interpret it that way. But in the end, it doesn't matter. He could've came out and said, "why did maga kill Kirk?" Government is grossly overstepping by threatening FCC action over it.
-
Ehhhhhhhhh.... Not so fast. When you come down on the same side of every issue, you're on the team. But I have openings on the "both sides can fock themselves" team if you're interested. I'm going to need you to sh¡t on the wokies some, too, though.

If I was a wokie, I'd say the reason there hasn't been riots over Kirk as there were for George Floyd is that: The riots were the result of decades of perceived systemic oppression. Kirk supporters may have only been perceived to be oppressed in the last what? 5 years? The riots were a byproduct of protests against a system of power that wasn't represented by them. If Kirk supporters were to protest, who would they be protesting against? The leftist/anti-fascist folks don't have systemic power so rioting against system abuse would be rioting against themselves. On the MAGA side, I'd say the riots didn't happen because the right hasn't weaponized riots for political gain, yet, and don't have the infrastructure in place to organize the protests to act as a powder keg

Very much so. And we're cheering it on like the dumb focks we are.
