Round Seven-Ten Commentary - July Mock 2025

7.05 Tyrone Tracy Under Consideration: Brian Robinson I didn't like much of the value in the 7th, but there were ostensibly two starting runningbacks available, so that was my focus. I know Singletary is still there, but my perception was there was a clear shift toward Tracy last year. I don't have sky high hopes here. I see Tracy as a plodder with limited upside, but at the time of this pick, I expected him to get 12-15 touches a game. Although, now I'm reading Skattebo is showing well in Giants camp, I wish I would've targeted Skat later as well to pair up with Tracy. I actually had a slight preference for Brian Robinson, but I thought Robinson had a better chance of slipping into the 8th... didn't happen. -

Let me touch on this more. Think about your job. SW programmer, IT professional, lawyer, fry cook like seafoam. You're an expert at what you do right? Take SW programming or IT especially. How often can you write some software or setup a network or change some network setting, etc., and not test that it works by verifying what you did is correct? You need that fail/fix feedback loop to get stuff like this right. And you are an expert! I work with 100 SW experts. And guess what? Not a single one of them can write a simple calculator program and have it work on the first try without some sort of fail/fix loop. Well, with these models, there is no fail/fix loop. They predict something will happen in 10 or 20 years, and there is no feedback loop to say "yeah, that was right (or wrong)" because by the time 10 years rolls around, that model is abandoned for some new model, and no one is jumping up and down to talk about the flaws in their 10 year old model anyway. And yeah I know they probably backtest their models, but that is notoriously the wrong way to do things. All that does is say 1. what happened in the past was captured well, and 2. what happened in the past will happen in the future. both of which are incorrect. -
Possible progress in combating the Climate Change LIE ...

People hear the word scientist, and think "They must really know their stuff!" I work in the scientific community, and let me tell you scientists are just as dumb as the rest of society. A few things people need to understand: Everyone needs to listen to me when I say this. ANYTHING BASED ON A MODEL SHOULDN'T BE TRUSTED. You'd think people would have learned that when all the covid models turned out to be pure sh¡t (3 weeks to flatten the curve!), but they still trust them. Understand, these models can't be proven or disproven to be accurate. Think of that meme of the glacier with the sign saying by 2020 it would be melted... which was still there in 2022 or whatever. It's just a best guess based on some model that someone made up. Just because it comes from a computer doesn't mean it's good. Climate science is like the chiropractics of the science field. These aren't geniuses just because they have scientist in their title. It's literally the smallest amount of education necessary to be considered science. People we think are supposed to be smart get things wrong all the time. Hell, I went to an urgent care doctor three weeks ago with an obvious ear infection exacerbated by a flight. The first doctor I saw said it wasn't an ear infection. I knew that was wrong based on the excruciating pain I was in so I went to the ER. "Oh yeah. I can see why you're in pain. You ear drum is bulging out. It's clearly infected." A day later my ear drum perforated from the pressure. Stupid first doctor couldn't diagnose a standard ear infection that was so bad my ear drum perforated, but we think doctors are smart right? These are trillion dollar policy decisions. We let the wokies lead us into a multi-trillion dollar covid mistake shutting down the economy for two years. Maybe we should stop listening to the wokies for trillion dollar decisions. -
You look at Ally? They don't have the $5000 transfer limitations that most banks have, so you can park large sums of money there getting decent interest (currently 3.5%), and when you need to transfer it to your hub bank, you don't have to jump through the wire transfer hoops.

When you're done licking his boots, you might need to work on his cornhole. I heard he's out of toilet paper. -

Nah, Trump did that shìt. We'll never get the proof. They're going to shoot that into the sun. No one in power wants this coming out because it'll nuke the lot of them. Lefties tried to play chicken with Trump and ask for the release because they think he won't. But what they don't realize is his shady ass will have the DOJ wrote a report leaving his name out and release that if it means his precious MAGAs keep bootlicking. But it won't come to that. Next shiny object somes along and everyone will forget the rich and powerful of this country raped teens. -
It is stupid. That's a given when you're involved, but you made it on topic when you lied and said the other colbert thread wasn't on the first page. Shameful.
-
Seafoam, you oaf. There are time stamps on the posts. There are threads on the first page right at this moment that have the last post from 19 hours ago. You posted this around an hour ago. There are posts in the colbert page from 6 hours ago. I know you're slow, but that means even if you took all the most recent posts out, the post from 6 hours ago - which is before you posted this thread - would have it on the current page right now. Now delete this thread and hide the proof of your ugly ignorance.
-
Yes it was, seafoam.
-
All dem tiddies, man!
-
He watches the show because dem tiddies. Thread is about dem tiddies.
-
There's already a Colbert thread, seafoam.
-
Oooooooo, The gloves are off!
-
Maybe I'll switch over to this high town show. I'm in season 2 of House of lies and they cut way down on dem tiddies and are getting into the woke stuff.

Trump should pull out his crayons and create his own Epstein list with everyone he hates on it. Jenny Craig right at the top. -
Of course he is now that his kid is gone

Both dumb as hell, but wokies are dumber than maga. -
This is a khalil Mack leaving the raiders situation. He went to the bears and went nuts that first year. That's because the raiders trading him put a chip on his shoulder. Then after that first year l, he went back to business as usual... Great player but not all-world game wrecker. Giants basically said to saquon that he wasn't worth the money. He signs with Philly and goes off. He made his point. Now he's primed to go back to just being great and not the all world game wrecker he was last season.
