    Happy Juneteenth everyone

I'm not saying he's not an asshòle but I don't get why people on both sides complain about these guys taking vacations. Do people think being a leader is a 9/5 job? It's not. It's a 24/7 job. Do people think when a president takes a vacation, he's not participating in meetings? This ain't plumbing. When you're a leader, if a problem comes up you deal with it whether you are on vacation or not.

    Football coaches are dumb?

Here's another big innovation that some genius should come up with. Tush push isn't really disguised. The point of the play is even though you know it's coming, you can't stop the offense from gaining one yard. At the same time, QBs are the most valuable players on the field. Pushing QBs head first into a pile of pissed off 300 pounders and defensive backs trying to jump over the line and stop him isn't optimal. So here is the big innovation... A lot of tightends have experience playing QB in their past, so they know how to take a snap. Even if they don't have experience, it's not that complicated. Why not train a tightend or a fullback to run the tush push? I know... Hahaha that's so dumb.. until 5 years from now when a coach does it, and everyone calls them a genius, and I make the 2030 version of this thread saying that was obvious and you guys insist that it was so genius.

    Maybe I'm the genius.

That's not something that exists in real life, jagfan.

That's not an argument, lady. You weren't clear on what you were trying to to say.
  12. Dodgers should team up with ICE and have a No Kings Day. They can give away free tickets to illegals. Once the 2nd inning starts, lock everyone in and deport everyone in the stadium.
  13. Just be more careful next time. Easy to fall for fake news these days.

    Football coaches are dumb?

By the way, here is something else for you to laugh at. Deferring the kickoff - That was immediately the obvious thing to do for us know nothings that played Madden. It took years for coaches to figure out deferring was the better option.

    Football coaches are dumb?

Thanks. I fixed it. And I get it, of course. Football isn't Madden. But my point was that things that were so obvious to do even in video games you would think would be obvious in the real game. Let me approach this another way. Does anyone here think it is not obvious that you shouldn't tip off the defense to what plays you are running or as a wide receiver not give away what routes you won't be running prior to the snap?

I didn't even make an argument. That's exactly why I knew you don't know what a strawman is. Can't really be a strawman if I'm not even arguing with you.

Two Dem lawmakers shot, one dead in MN

Oh wait. I just realized it's both. You struggle seeing things in context and you also don't know what a strawman is.

you either don't know what a straw man is or have no understanding of context whatsoever... Gutter suggested Trump was the least presidential person to hold the office ever. I offered other contenders namely a guy who would whip his junk out in front of what I said was women. You corrected that it was only men he whipped his junk out for (which I'm sure you googled). Now in the context here where we are talking about candidates for least presidential, I offered up the guy who whipped his junk out in front of people. You started your post with "No" and corrected. Now, see if you can follow me here... In the context of the discussion, you making your statement can easily be construed as saying whipping your junk out for males only what? Makes it more presidential than if he included females? Now at this point you say that to question is a straw man. But it follows perfectly in the context of the conversation before. Therefore I must conclude, you either don't understand how to look at something in context or you don't understand what a strawman is.

    Football coaches are dumb?

Did you guys know that mcvay doesn't even run that many plays. They basically run the same x number of plays just out of different formations. These coaches in the NFL or so dumb, it wasn't only the spacing of the routes that were giving away plays, apparently they aren't even smart enough to just lineup a little differently when running the same concepts so the defense doesn't recognize what's coming. I know most of these coaches played the game at some level. They didn't try to pick up on tendencies when they were playing? I guess that makes sense. I mean when auburn had cam newton, I remembered them running qb draw the exact same way like 5 times on one drive. Maybe they're all just dumb? And the chargers always ran inside draw off the left tackle with eckler for years from the 5 yard line and no one ever seemed to realize it. He must've scored on that play 25 times in his career.

Indeed, it's very obvious you aren't sure what my point is considering none of this is even relevant. And who doesn't know what an option route is? Come on, man.

    Football coaches are dumb?

Lol, I'm not saying I'm Sean mcvay. I'm just saying not tipping your play is pretty obvious tactics 101. And if you hear Robinson talk, that was a new concept for Robinson which implies they didn't do that on the other teams he played for.

I'd probably do that too if it was an isolated stretch of road.
