Death Pool update - Val Kilmer

It appears the strain was more than he could bear.

A chilling account of Trump's insanity

I hope you can stop shaking soon.
  3. Intel has been dogshìt for like twenty years. The industry passed them by. The only reason and I mean the only reason to consider buying this dogshìt company is that this new CEO might actually get it and turnover their entire dinosaur workforce and sell off the tumors that have been growing inside of it. Well not the only reason. America can't let Intel's foundry business die so there is a built in safety net, but if Taiwan semi on shores some manufacturing, put Intel out of its misery.
  4. I have no doubt that a large portion of the wokies think it's messed up, but this is one of those situations similar to jab mandates where the usual suspects spend 10 words voicing some amount of disagreement and 1000 words distracting and excusing and explaining making sure to signal their virtue. I get it. It's the NPCs that aren't confident enough to stray from the narrative. They know, but they can't say it with their chest for fear of the wrath of the mob, and the lefty reactions in this thread are a result... Mocking someone putting a spotlight on something that we all agree is messed up. The better course of action would be to just not say anything so like in this thread all of you guys' explaining and mocking won't be confused for support for this stuff since it sure looks like it.
  5. To be fair, the point of bringing up the number of threads is not because of the number of threads - directly at least. The point of running in right away and scoffing at another thread being made is to shift the focus away from whether boys should play girls sports and turn it into, "omg, you're so obsessed. Omg," which easier for the lefties. Good little strawman which allows them to bury their heads in the sand.

    Annexing Canada

Trump admires what Putin did. Putin used Russia's full might to annex valuable territory. Trump is looking for opportunities to do the same. In the vein that presidents should always look to advance the well being of the nation - even at the cost of other nations - it makes sense. Canada is resource rich and is valuable land. However, if the intent would be to perform a hostile takeover of an allied nation, that would likely not have the desired effect of net positive standing of the US and any action taken toward such a goal would be undone by the next president. Another option is mad man diplomacy, but Trump is neither smart enough to feign such a move with a larger goal in mind nor would his ego allow himself to be purposely perceived as crazy. So we are left with a dummy trying to cosplay what he thinks is good leadership, but without the necessary insight to understand the nuances of each situation.

    NEW FIGHTER JET F-47 WOWSA!

If they've been flying for 5, it started development probably 10 years before that. So whoever was president in like 2010 allowed it.
  9. People might be waking up. Heard someone today say he struggles to separate. Then of course he got shouted down by the know-nothings that he should "just watch the games. He's good" which coincidentally is the same thing the know-nothings said about MHJ last year. Like nah bro. It ain't 1998 anymore. Name of the game is get open. It's not make a contested catch with a cornerback draped all over you.
  10. I thought if you were married to a US citizen, you inherited citizenship. I guess they didn't file the right paperwork?
  11. That was some master 3-D chess this dude was playing to get rid of his wife. Well played by him.
  12. 40%? Dang, we can get that up to 60% if we really buckle down.
  13. Don't screw around with me Iceman. You're a hell of an instinctive FF player. Maybe too good. I'd like to bust your butt but I can't.
  14. Marvin Harrison Jr. scouting report and rankings Reid's ranking: No. 1 overall, No. 1 WR Harrison has rare body control, strong hands and great flexibility, putting him in line with the top receiver prospects we've seen this century. Despite inconsistent QB play at Ohio State in 2023, he still managed to be arguably the most dangerous playmaker in the country. He's able to win in a variety of ways, showing the route-running skills of a smaller receiver. And Harrison is an instant-impact type of prospect with the potential to be a top-10 receiver in the NFL as early as his rookie season. -- Reid Miller's ranking: No. 2 overall, No. 1 WR Harrison has excellent body control, breakaway speed and a savvy understanding of the wideout position. Despite defenses knowing where the ball is going the majority of the time when Ohio State drops back to pass, Harrison finished the season with 67 catches for 1,211 yards and 14 TDs. Buckeyes co-offensive coordinator Brian Hartline said Harrison is the best receiver he has coached, and if Caleb Williams weren't in this class, Harrison would be cemented as my top prospect for 2024. -- Miller Scouts Inc. ranking: No. 2 overall, No. 1 WR Harrison punishes teams that try to cover him one-on-one. He's a polished route runner who creates leverage with his release and the way he stems his routes. He's also an instinctive open-field runner with the burst to threaten after the catch. Harrison tracks the ball well and makes over-the-shoulder catches look easy. He is a big target and has the sure hands, body control and frame to come down with 50-50 balls downfield and in the red zone. Harrison also has a good feel for how to attack zone looks. -- Muench Kiper's ranking: No. 3 overall, No. 1 WR I have an elite grade on Harrison, whose name should be familiar. His dad is that Marvin Harrison, whom I scouted coming out of Syracuse in 1996 and who is now in the Pro Football Hall of Fame. The younger Harrison is on track to get my highest pre-draft grade for a wideout since Calvin Johnson (2007) and Larry Fitzgerald (2004). Harrison has everything, from outstanding size and stellar hands to incredible body control and blazing speed. His dad ran a 4.33-second 40-yard dash before the 1996 draft but was just under 6 feet when the Colts took him in Round 1. Harrison Jr. is 4 inches taller and could have similar speed. -- Kiper Yates' ranking: No. 3 overall, No. 1 WR Harrison checks every box and is the most pro-ready prospect in the entire class. There's no hole in his game, and Harrison showed that he is a QB-proof player this past season after C.J. Stroud left for the NFL. His 14 touchdowns tied for third most in FBS, and I love his combination of size, speed, catch radius and run-after-catch skills. -- Yates
  15. Marvin Harrison Jr. is the best prospect in College Football. He has prototypical size standing at 6-3 - 6-4 (although Ohio State does have a tendency to inflate these numbers!), combined with elite 4.3 speed (estimated from GPS data), high-end hands, and outstanding route running along makes him an almost perfect prospect. Harrison is pretty much a can't-miss prospect and is destined for stardom at the pro level. He won't make it past the first three selections in the 2024 NFL Draft and will be the first none QB picked.
  16. Harrison is a unicorn of a route savant at over 6’3″ who can also dominate against undersized defensive backs in contested situations, as well as use his speed to generate chunk plays on schemed touches. He’s a truly elite three-level threat and a high-gravity target, if there ever was one. Right out of the gate in the NFL, Harrison projects as a high-impact, attention-drawing X receiver, who also has the versatility to play the movement-Z spot. And he has the combined physical talent and near-flawless intangibles to support an All-Pro ceiling.
  17. Harrison is a slam-dunk prospect. He is a twitched-up athlete with polished route-running ability and elite ball skills. It's so easy to see how his game translates right away. Harrison would be an instant No. 1 WR for most offenses. GRADE: 9.7 (Top-Five Player) OVERALL RANK: 1 POSITION RANK: WR1 Bleacher report clowns had him ranked #1 overall
  18. We're just going to rewrite history and pretend people weren't touting MHJ to be a stud... okay I guess.
  19. Yeah, you can find people who are smart. The vast majority of the media were creaming themselves over MHJ.

    Yeah...I'm a bit worried

Why you always bootlicking the man?
  21. nobody

    Yeah...I'm a bit worried

Moral of the story is Trump is going to need some sort of win that he can hang his hat on or he'll need Putin to get his d¡ck slapped somehow so Trump loses interest in this track of heavy handed diplomacy.
  22. nobody

    Yeah...I'm a bit worried

I finally figured out what Trump is doing. My original thesis was Trump used the stock market as a scoreboard and therefore, he would do anything to make sure stocks went up, so I was a bit caught off guard by Trump allowing the stock market to get beat up so much. I still think that's true to an extent, but now I believe there is a competing idea in Trump's mind. I believe he admires what Putin did with Ukraine. Not necessarily that he thinks going to war is admirable, but I think he admires that Putin used Russia's power to bully Ukraine and gain territory. Trump is now preoccupied with this concept of wielding as much power as necessary to (ostensibly at least) gain advantage. This is why he's talking about annexing Canada and Greenland, and reclaiming the Panama Canal. He's like a kid seeing a sibling start playing a game, and then all of sudden all he wants to do is play that game now when the thought never crossed his mind before.
  23. People called Harrison a generational prospect. They didn't say that about Nabers. And then if anyone dared to question if Harrison should be number 1, there was a large portion of the media that was incredulous anyone would doubt Harrison is 1. I have rarely seen the type of stuff I've seen for the Harrison hype. It was a lot of, "if you don't think Harrison is number 1, I don't know what to tell you. He just is. He's amazing."
  24. They ain't wrong. The value of bitcoin is not as a currency but as the token of exchange for a transaction network. In that way, thinking of Bitcoin very much differently then a tech stock is probably not a good way to approach the investment. I've said it about 100 times, but I'll say it again. Bitcoin is basically a speculative tech stock. Recession fear means no bueno on speculation. Tech in general = speculation in the eyes of the market. Bitcoin even more so. Therefore, as long as we see recession fears, Bitcoin will be under downward price pressure. That's why I was so amazed when someone said bitcoin was a store of value. What's happening right now is exactly why bitcoin is not a store of value.
