I'd say he's mid-minus. He misses receivers a lot, and he's careless with the football. He's kind of like Lamar Jackson with about 30% of the running ability and is sloppier protecting the ball.

I'm always concerned about teams that play in Atlanta, Houston, and Miami. The strip club scene is just too good.
