I didn't see Trump crying about rhetoric, but if he did, you're right, that's pretty laughable coming from him. And yeah, the only idiot I hear saying if Kamala wins, the country is donezo or whatever is Trump, so I'd say he's at fault. Of course, 1 guy, even one that has a platform as big as Trump's isn't enough to program people. The Party is so effective at it because they have a coordinated media arm that disseminates the programming for them. If fox news starts picking up Trump's ramblings about Kamala ending the country, I'd bet we'd start seeing elevated attacks on Kamala. As it stands, though, when Trump goes off the rails, even his supporters are like, "I'm going to sit this one out, champ."

See what I mean? This guy The Psychic Observer actually believes Trump is going to install himself as a dictator and that he tried to do it before. Now he might not go buy a gun and kill Trump, but I'm sure there's some percentage of the people that have been similarly brainwashed that think that killing him over that is justifiable risk mitigation.

So your stance is because Trump says inflammatory comments, he deserves to have The Party program people to think he'll end democracy to such an extent that they want to kill him. That's pretty evil. Not because it might get Trump killed, but think about the people that are actually being brainwashed by that stuff.

So, the "well they do it too" argument. Trump says it, and I agree that he shouldn't be saying it himself, but you'll notice that no one is trying to kill Kamala. And here's the reason... The MAGA media arms aren't picking it up. If they do, I'd bet someone would get some stupid ideas about Kamala. That being said, I'm pretty sure everyone recognizes Kamala for what she is... a puppet. Why would you even bother trying to assassinate her when there's a massive line of puppets right behind her. So how about this? Because The Party is so effective at programming people into believing Trump is going to put everyone in concentration camps and install himself as dictator that people actively are trying to kill him, let's solve that first. Then if people start hiding out where ever Kamala hangs out with guns trying to kill her, we'll move Trump's ramblings up the priority list. Or don't, whatever. Man, I don't even know why people denying The Party having an influence over these would-be assassins makes me want to call it out as BS. I don't even care if the whole lot of them got shot tomorrow. I guess it just seems so obvious, I want to engage.

Let's recap. I think Andrew sucks. I don't know why so many people liked his schtick 35 years ago. I watched his standup when I was a teenager and I didn't get it. It wasn't funny. I saw the interview where Andrew claimed he was the biggest comic in the world. Because I saw his comedy in the past and thought it was so obviously bad, I thought Andrew was doing the thing a lot of people do where they over exaggerate how great they were. I even tried to google it ahead of time, but apparently didn't google it enough. Your google searches apparently have proven me wrong. Apparently he was a huge star (for some reason that I will probably never know). So I guess one thing since you don't want to drop it is I'm probably still right. I just didn't care enough to argue. Clay claimed he was selling out 80k-100k seat arenas multiple times a week. First of all, the arenas he was playing aren't that big unless he was selling out football stadiums. MSG only holds 20k and for a comedy show they likely cut the arena in half. Note: these are my un-googled thoughts, so they may be subject to error. The second thing is we are interacting. I'm not interacting with Andrew. The way it works is I say something. You might disagree. You'd offer up a different perspective. We'd learn and grow, but instead of actually posting thoughts, you ran to google to try and confirm your thought and then copied and pasted what google AI spit out apparently. Now you can go run to google and figure out what stadiums he played and copy and paste that. I might be wrong. Maybe he was the biggest thing in the world for a spot and he regularly sold out the Super Dome and the Big House and the Rose Bowl multiple times a week. I'd love to know if that was the case since it's amazing to me that someone so devoid of talent could become that popular. I googled, Andrew Dice Clay biggest shows and didn't get any results, but in general I'm not a big fan of running to Google for every thought. The point of interaction is to understand a person, faults and all. I'm not interested in people's Google skills. I actually like people's flaws. It makes a person human But congrats on being able to copy and paste someone else's knowledge I guess.
