I believe we are up to a combined 130 seasons of not having one of our big 4 in a Championship game/series. Epic losses too: 1977 - Loss to the Cowboys; bob Lee had to play QB for an injured Tarkenton 1987 - Loss to the Redskins; Darrin Nelson fumbles at the 1 yard line when trying to tie the game late in the 4th quarter 1998 - Loss to the Falcons; Gary Anderson misses his first FG of the year when trying to put the Vikings up 10pts with 3 min left in the 4th. Falcons tie it, then Denny Green goes chickenshit on it and kneels at the end of the 4th, only to lose in OT 2000 - Loss to the Giants; Known locally as "41-Donut". The tennis ball is round. When the chip is in the center of the ball, the outer "edge" of the ball is always equidistant. With a football, it obviously is not, so you couldn't just put one chip in the center of the ball.. Even putting a chip in either point of the ball won't necessarily tell you what the furthermost forward-facing edge of the ball is. What if the ball is being carried or is in a position where the Side of the ball is furthest forward? Once you get over that hurdle, then you need to somehow sync up the GPS of the ball with all of the camera angles that will tell you when the player is down. That part will still always be a judgement call.

This will be tough to pull off.
