Now he's predicting nuclear war in October, seeing as his most recent prediction went teets up, as all his predictions do.

He's not even bothering to read factual war updates at this point. If he did, he'd know that Ukraine's offensive is making significant progress, which it needs to do as much as possible before seasonal rains turn the battlefield into mud and bog down warfare. I suspect that once this happens, the negotiations will begin to end this thing. Putin has to know at this point that he should take what he could get and end this thing.
