What we have here is selective interpretation of the Constitution. MAGAturd: The Constitution protects the right of a fentanyl addict to openly carry an AR15 while staggering down the street and looking for a place to score. Oh, and states' rights! MAGAturd: The Constitution does not protect the right of a 12-year-old girl who likely will die during the delivery of a deformed blob that can't live outside the womb and was the product of violent rape at the hands of her psychopathic, child-molesting older brother. Likewise, banning abortion altogether is an extremist right position. My point being that even in the most extreme situation, the far right still wouldn't allow it. That's barbaric, and you can't deny that rape and incest happens. Statistics show that one in 30 women are raped annually. Abortion is morally reprehensible with the exception of rape, incest and mother's health, but I support a woman's right to choose during the first trimester.
