So we show up at the stadium. It clearly says the Nats were a home game on multiple apps. We were the only white people there, and everyone else was formally dressed black people. We asked what was going on, and they said there wasn't a Nats game and that the event was something called Summer Breeze. We show them on the apps how the Nats had a home game, and they said, nope, Nats don't play there again until Aug. 31. So we weave our way out through the very excellently dressed black people and make our way to a sports bar to have a drink and figure out what the hell is going on. We asked the sports-bar people what the fock is going on, and then we together figured out that this Phillies-Nats "home" game was moved to some Little League field in Pennsylvania. They didn't know, either, and didn't understand why business was light on game night. So hilarity was had by all, and we wound up in some iconic Italian restaurant in Georgetown called Flablabia or something. But, dayum, that restaurant kicked ass.
