Diet is gonna make or break you. Train no more then 4x a weeks. Eat 1g of protien per body weight. Stick to compound movements with free weights. Looking like me takes dedication. Your not gonna lift for a few weeks and look good. If it was easy everyone would look good. Remember you grow when your not in the gym (sleeping) When your weight training or putting you body in a state to grow by tearing down muscle tissue, thats why your diet is so important. Eat clean you need protien fats and carbs to grow. Good Luck.
