Start off I love a good marinaded skirt steak on the BBQ. Love it. Going to a steak house tonight for holiday party. Looking at the menu and I might just get lump crab cakes. Backup plan is 8oz filet with twin lobster tails. Bone in ribeye sounds good too. Maybe I do like steak.
