So a few of you said NyQuil is the bomb and I said it’s great for short term sleep. Question. Would you rather sleep solid all night and wake up with an alarm or would you rather wake up say 2 hours before you need to get up and rejoice knowing you have 2 more hours of sleep. I’m the second. I get up at 5:30 and love it when I wake up at 3AM (usually to pee) and say to myself 2 1/2 more hours before I have to get up !!!! That said 99% of the time I wake up without alarm.

That’s about my schedule but don’t go to bed until 10:30/11 but up at least 3 times before 5:30

See above. Said same thing. I can drink a pint and a half of JD and be fine next day but 2 ounces of NyQuil ruins my next day.
