I just state nothing 100% has come out yet and say that in my opinion it will be swept under the rug as it's probably much larger issue then just the Patriots. There are too many knowing/interested parties in the league for this to be just the New Engalnd Patriots and for it to just come out now.

I think it should be noted that, no where does it say The NFL has found the Pats guilty of cheating and/or videotaping signals. What has come out is that "the NFL has determined that the Patriots have violated rules governing the usage of video tape on sidelines". This could mean that they just violated the rule of having a camera on the sideline, will anyone care if the videotape just shows the game from field level maybe it's against the rules but is it cheating. The only people saying they have "cheated" are sources, nothing concrete on actual cheating. Greg Aiello of the NFL just says ""We are looking into whether the Patriots violated this rule." Also, say it is true, how many were in on it? Do you think the players knew, or was it just the coaching staff? Either way, how many players, coaches personal have left the Patriots, is Romeo Crennel sitting silently to protect BB or is it because he's done it too, the guy is a couple losses shy of losing his job but he's gonna grin and bare it while Belichick has all the praise thrown at him over the years, yet Romeo knows he's cheating. Any player or coach that may be mad at BB or the Pats, woudn't they be coming out of the woodwork on this? Or are they not because it's everywhere? My guess is that this takes place in every NFL game and the Jets try to one up the gameship and the story somehoe got legs and regardless of what is actually on the videotape the league will only fine the Patriots for having an unauthorized camera on the field. As if they do anything more the NFL risks the possibility of more of this stuff coming out, which will only hurt the leagu e image.

A pic of the incident maybe????

bump, i'm more interested real football wise then fantasy. Seems like he'd be a good short yardage back somewhere. I think he slowed down a bit but he's pretty damn good around the GL

Westbrook is one top 10 back who has been talked about very little thus far? Why is this? Seems there is a lot more hype on someone like Bush (who I think is just a younger version of Westbrook, except Westbrook is going to get more carries). What are people thinking of Westbtook this year? Any chance he can do better the last year or is 1900 total yards and 11 TD's his ceiling.

Look at it this way, the worse your record the better chance you have at the WR out Cal, DeSean Jackson.

The Titans had no comment Sunday about a published report that they loaned former running back Travis Henry $9,800 for child support payments. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that Henry fell behind on support payments for a child in DeKalb County, Ga. Threatened with jail, he borrowed the money from the Titans to pay the bill, according to court records. The newspaper reported that Henry, 28, has fathered nine children by nine women in Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina and Georgia. Court records show that he spent $100,000 for a Mercedes and $146,000 for jewelry. 9 children, 9 women and 4 different states. that's pretty impressive

I thought I was clicking into a thread about Drew Bennett being the #2 WR
-
Ron Curry as one

Is LT worth two players? Some will argue yes Draft Pick Calculator says the #1 pick is more valuable then picks #39 & 42. regardless, I say, unless it's collusion, let it stand.

As clear as day, amazing that the Raider fans still whine - they want their missed call but the missed calll that was prior isn't relevant. Pats should have moved up 15 yards and had an automoatic 1st down.

from that Link: Reports this morning were that LJ was "carted off the field." That can't be a good sign. Add those bumps and bruises to the growing list of banged up Eagles that includes B-Dawk, B-West, Buckhalter, Andrews, etc., etc. What is Westbrooks injury? Is it just bumps & brusies or something more serious? Something that lingers from lastyear maybe? any info???

You all wont believe this....Worth reading
Jesus Christ replied to CornKobb's topic in FFToday Board
My guess is that CornKobb is the actual thief but telling the story from the victims perspective so not to look like an ass for stealing while hoping that people here love the ruthlessness of the "thief". Why else praise this person? -
fixed fixed BBelichick wins a 4th Super Bowl. Retires. Bill Cowher becomes the new Pats HC for '08.

Don't a majority of players "rest" their legs or try to as often as they can??
-
some shocking, some not so much, basically just predictions - Brett Favre leads the Pack to the SB vs the New England Patriots - Addai score 20 Total TD's - Westbrook plays 16 games - Leinert is a top 5 FF QB leads - Roy Williams is the #1 FF WR, Javon Walker #2 - Tom Brady is the #1 FF QB, McNabb #2 - LT scores less then 15 TD's - NYJ come in 3rd in the EAST, BIlls #2 - Todd Heap #1 TE, Ben Watson #2

Who do you like better this year and for the forseeable future? FFToday has CJ ranked 1. and Wayne 2. Most sites and publications have Wayne behind CJ as well - anyone like Wayne better then CJ this year?
-
By Total Offense last year in 2006, this is how the top 10 teams ranked, who do you see as the top 5 offensive teams this year. Which teams will put up the most points and yards? 1. Saints 2. Eagles 3. Colts 4. Chargers 5. Cowboys 6. Rams 7. Steelers 8. Bengals 9. Packers 10.Jaguars Points Per Game Top 10 in 2006 1. Chargers 2. Colts 3. Bears 4. Cowboys 5. Saints 6. Eagles 7. Patriots 8. Bengals 9. Jaguars 10.Rams

Is it really that crazy that someone could have the Pats ranked #1? They were #3 last year and have improved (gotten some players back from injuries/FA's/rookies/finally back to back years from teh same d-coord since 03-04). A case can definetly be made for them being the Top Dawg. Crazy is thinking it's crazy that they can't be.
