Why would he appoint a Democrat to a new department that he's attempting to put his own mark on ? This is politics - if Bush were to do this, the GOP would not the hear the end of it in the upcoming elections. No way that he should do that.
-
Has President Bush done anything right in your mind ?

London airplane plot ... not really a plot?

Yep, that's what it must be. -
London plot foiled by law enforcement

I think the Bush administration has done both as a means to fight terrorism....I think it's dishonest by some of those on the far left to try and portray that the Bush policy is only using the military. -

It should be obvious that Iraq is turning into a disaster, whether you supported our actions (like I did) or not. Now, the bigger question is what to do with Iraq. Do we stay and TRY to make it more peaceful despite the civil war (or looming civil war) ? OR Do we leave and allow Iran to take control over Iraq, and, largely the Middle East ? -
I know during the Presidental Election, FOX polls were right in line with every other poll, and the same is true of Bush's approval %
-
I try to be fair. I'm a conservative, no doubt, but I criticize Republicans often, and this was a stupid question...
-
I know I didn't say that....

Here was the host's question when the banner was up. Jarrett in an interview with Democrat Chris Dodd : "Lieberman's lost a lot of support because he supported democracy in Iraq. If he loses, is that a bad sign for other candidates who support democracy in the Middle East?" - Personally, I think his question is plain stupid.
-
You got that part correct. The FOX News point that you're trying to make is not very good unless you can provide whatever context went along with the banner on the bottom of the TV Screen. They often have those headline type banners during an interview, and it's only because a question was asked about the subject on the banner. It doesn't mean that FOX news is standing behind the banner, it's the viewpoint of one anchor on the air at the time.

What exactly are you attempting to point out ? That you don't like FOX ? If so, point taken. You sound very bitter here. PS Believe what you want, but Dan Rather reported what he believed to be true, not what was proven true. Big difference, my friend.
-
So, you're going to blame President Bush because the Dixie Chicks can't sell tickets to their concerts ??? Very Logical on your part. Good job.
-
If you're spending your day looking to attack FOX via the smear sites that are plentiful on the Internet, what exactly have you proven ?
