That is verification. 2) PA did not have signature verification in 2020. Already said that. The mail in ballots were sent to registered voters. In order to get one you had to be a registered voter. In order to register you need ID. That is validation. So tell me, where is the fraud? How was the election stolen? You can't explain yourself you just repeat the lies you're told.

The reasoning is that people's signatures change over time, especially old people, and it's not fair to arbitrarily throw out someone's vote based on someone's opinion which is often biased.
