Agreed I think could have used the border issue as a bludgeon against Biden pretty successfully....but he's on record as not wanting the bipartisan supported bill to go thru simply for political gain. Biden's old and looks feeble...but as the weeks go on, he'll get more pop. This might not even be as close as 2020 when all is said and done.

My first inclination is to think that if I were to hire someone (who presumably is experienced in whatever field he claims to be) and then, by a result of his incompetence, but with no real incompetence on my part..... someone dies at my hand; there's an argument to be made as to the severity of my culpability. If I were to hire a qualified mechanic to fix my brakes; he says he fixes them and then when I leave his shop (as long as I'm not breaking any traffic laws), the brakes don't work and I run someone over....what would happen to me? Of course, I'm not sure if he wasn't being incompetent when the person was killed. She just got involuntary manslaughter....I'd imagine the most he'd get would be the same.

Until Trump lays out concrete numbers and plans for his combating inflation....there's no point paying attention to the Rights handwringing and pearl clutching on this. Stock market is a an all time high. Bitcoin is back. Unemployment is down. Inflation is slowly coming down. Trump doesn't have numbers in regards to his analysis on the impact of the tariffs he wants to impose. He just screams "TARIFF!!!!". Oil production in the U.S. is up...so how much further does he want to go? He talks about building 10 cities on Federal land to help alleviate the housing market, but buying Greenland sounds more plausible than that. It's at least interesting that he wants to use the overreach of Big Government to spur this...but I can't imagine tried and true Conservatives like it.
