To that though, why hasn't Abbott passed a law fining businesses in TX if they hire illegals? DeSantis did it in FL. If Abbot were dead serious about it....he'd tell those businesses in TX that he's shutting off their spigot to cheaper labor.

You do have the Republican favorite in the POTUS saying he'll use dictatorial powers when he gets in office. Republicans are cheering him as the savior of the country.
