Hey Mike, I downloaded the DB and I keep getting the same error message (Runtime Error 13) when trying to compile cheatsheets. It lets me update projections but not compile the cheatsheets after the projections are updated. I have used the DB for 8 years or so and have never had a problem. I am using a different computer than before but it has Excel 97 and like I said everything works fine except the last step when trying to compile cheatsheets. Help please? Thanks, Jeff

Question...in a heavy PPR league which player would you most likely go with, Trent Richardson or Calvin Johnson? We keep 1 FRANCHISE player. Really torn between the two. Have to decide by next weekend. Start 3 RB and 3 WR so there are less RB's to go around than WR. Tell me who you would go with and why please? Thanks...

Keepers...in order the way they are picking: 1, Aaron Rodgers, 2, Calvin Johnson (me), 3, Drew Brees, 4, Adrian Peterson, 5, Matt Forte, 6, Arian Foster, 7, Cam Newton, 8, Matt Stafford. 6 pts for ANY TD. I generally pick QB's a little later, like in 5th round or so. The guy picking 1st already has Aaron Rodgers. Tom Brady will probably be there for me. I don't have a RB yet though. As much as I'll be tempted by Tom Terrific I think I need to select a RB. Tough, Tough decision.

Thanks for the advice guys. Franchise players can be kept forever. I went with Calvin. We pick draft order before our keepers so I got 2nd pick in the draft. If I would of got 7 or 8 I might have went Trent. I'm happy with my choice. I can land a beast RB with pick 2 if I choose and probably should. However, the next dilemma for me is now this though. I will pick 2 and 15. Alot of the decent RB's not franchised will come off the board quick. I think I pretty much have to select a RB or will be starting a scrub at RB3 for sure. But, the dilemma may now be Tom Brady or best RB left on the board...which will be Ray Rice, LeSean McCoy or Marshawn Lynch. We start 2 QB's, 3 RB's. Which way do you go not picking again until 15 with Calvin as franchise player. Opinions please?

I also love the Draft Buddy. As Commissioner it is very helpful to keep track of everything, especially our trades and the draft order and as a player gives me the edge I need to track players and positions and what each team is up to. The OVERALL and ADP tabs are hard to track for QB's. The RB's are highlighted in PURPLE, the WR's are highlighted in GREEN and the TE's are highlighted in ORANGE. Can we get a color code for QB's as well as part of a future update maybe? The way it is set up now it's awful easy to overlook the QB's cause they are in WHITE and with the BACKGROUND also being WHITE its tough to see for old eyes. Possible to add a color for QB's on these tabs please? OVERALL and ADP.

So I got the 1.5 version to work, happy about that. The projection pal thing was very tricky and I can't figure it out. No big deal though. I have used the draft buddy as a stand alone and love it but wanted to see what the projection pal thing was all about. I noticed this on the site..."There are still some steps involved to make this process work smoothly. Please read and follow the detailed instructions included on the setup tab of Projection Pal. There are sure to still be instances where projections from the web will not import into Draft Buddy very well (if at all)". So apparently this is tricky to use and it is acknowledged by you all. Any way this can be simplified to work effectively and smoothly without all the pain to get it installed in the future? Getting another projection from say football guys and rotoworld coupled with fantasy football today and draft buddy would be awesome.

Hey Mike, I downloaded 1.0 a few days ago and tried to download 1.5 tonight and do what you said by copying league settings and it wouldn't work for me. I did notice the 1.5 version was in read only. Tried it 3 or 4 times and it kept downloading to my machine as read only and the copy league setting gave me an error message each time I tried as well. I have the 1.0 set up and running as it should, just can't get the 1.5 version to work. Can you assist? Jeff at usnnut@yahoo.com Also, is there an ADP for 8 team leagues? Draft buddy just shows me ADP for 10.

Mike, I am not sure what the projection pal is or how it works...I mean I am sure it projects stats by its name, but isn't that what the cheatsheet compiler/draft buddy is? They project stats. Why would I need the projection pal and how does it work if they do the same thing? And if I do install it will it mess up what I already have ready in the cheatsheet compiler/draft buddy? Not a computer wiz...be as detailed as you can in step by step instructions with explanation why I need this or how it would be helpful. Thanks, Jeff

First off, let me say I absolutely love the compiler/draft buddy. I have used it for the last 4 years and absolutely love it. Some interesting observations regarding perennial studs being ranked low. Why is Larry Fitzgerald, Brandon Marshall, Ronnie Brown and Dallas Clark ranked so low? I have 3 fantasy football mags and they all like all these players...with the exception of Brown I guess but at least he is ranked higher in all 3 sources than Ricky Williams. My compiler/draft buddy has Williams ranked higher? Huh? Please explain why these players are ranked so low and why a backup running back is ranked higher than his teams starter. I know we can rearrange and rank them the way we want them...just curious about their projections. Thanks, Jeff.

I understand all your points. I know about Warner retiring, Marshall on a new team and Ronnie Brown's health. My point was why does every other source like these guys but the compiler/draft buddy? You mention nothing about Dallas Clark. That one was a real head scratcher. He is ranked 7th in my PPR projected league. Wow. Was just looking for some insight from the projector cause I just didn't get it. I think Fitz, Marshall and Clark will all have good years again this year. I also think Ronnie Brown will produce more points than Williams. Thanks for your reply...wasn't exactly what I was looking for but thanks anyway.
