It is hard. Ask GB. But, I do wish to reiterate that letting this go is not setting a precedent. Collusion, tanking etc. should not and will not be tolerated. I have looked at every trade. All transactions, acts or non acts should be looked at on their own merits and results/potential results. Voodoo is now aware that he needs to either act or communicate an inability to act. As should everyone else. The health, enjoyment and perpetuity of this league are my priorities.

High draft picks which you have can change things quickly as well. I do not care what the reasons were for your inattentiveness last year. We should all understand that sometimes real life gets in the way. The lesson to be learned from this for everyone is that when real life gets in the way, COMMUNICATE! Anything can be dealt with. That is for everyone. Since no one was harmed, it is any easy decision for me to make as Da Commish to do nothing. Which is exactly what I am going to do. That does not create a precedent. Each case is different and should be dealt with differently. I hope you pay more attention this year.

After much thought, (yes I do understand that there are those who do not consider me capable of that, and rightly so) It seems that the most contentious issue involves the draft. I have some suggestions that we could adopt that hopefully could resolve the issues. 1 Change the 12 hour rule to 24. I think this probably is already practiced. But make it official. 2 I do not want to draft for anyone. I am also not on my computer 24/7. Well, I need my pron time. 3 I am more than happy to give all of you my phone number such that, if you have a problem, I will happily help you with whatever you need to make your pick. 4 If you are experiencing a computer problem, and you contact me, I can help you with your pick and post it here so that no one can . Thoughts? Just trying to make the league better.

I would rather not have this role. But,apparently it has been thrust upon me. I took it for 2 reasons. GB has promised me much help and I love this league. The league will work best if everyone realizes that we all have responsibilities such as drafting at the right time, setting lineups, etc. I do not want to make rulings, but I will, if necessary. Preferably, after a league vote. It is OUR league. Not just to Sulu, to all of you. Make it so. Sorry for the bold, can't seem to get it normal. ETA: I Commished for nearly 20 years. I have heard it all..............

Skip the pick. It would be chaos if picks were posted here No one would know who is available and who isn't. Plus makes more work for GB. GB I don't think you need to pay anyone's dues.

Agreed. Seriously children, being a Commish is a Thankless time consuming job. GB does a GREAT job of it. Last year due to a scheduling snafu I did not go to the SB (which I would have won) and I did not whine and now we have people complaining about a 4th Rd pick? Grow the Fock Up. I vote that in the future, if you miss your window, you lose your pick and get the last pick of the draft. It's not fair to ask the Commish to pick ANY player for you. No 2 owners have the same rankings so how is it possible for him to make the "right" choice for you. Last, the rules are different on the 2 sites. That is not GB's fault or problem. He's Da Commish. However he decides to go, he's right. Yes, it should be fixored. BTW, I was Da Commish for over 20 years. I know how thankless and time consuming the job is.
