  1. Smith dumps to his TE's. Reid used his TE's. Vernon Davis was a superstar with Smith. So who in KC is the beneficiary? Anthony Fasano Travis Kelce Tony Moeaki
  2. Wr strategy for me is get one of the big 5 or is it 6, then ignore wr for about 40 rounds. The rest are all the same to me.

    Anyone else high on MJD

End of third, sure I'll take him. Probably won't make it that far.

    Foster off PUP list; practices

Also, I don't think he's ever fallen past #1 or #2 in my league, this is the first year he actually might fall. There haven't been that many pre-season's with Foster for it to be a reoccurring event.

    Foster off PUP list; practices

Gonna be wrong at some point.
  7. Totally by memory but lets see if we can remember Norv's running backs. Emmitt Smith, Stephen Davis, Ladainian Tomlinson, Ricky Williams, Ryan Matthews. Who am I missing? All had monster years under Norv. Is there any reason we shouldn't expect a monster year from Trent? Weeden seems improved so far. Cameron could open up the middle of the field. Norv makes runningbacks better. I might be talking myself into taking him at #4.
  8. He looked slow last preseason game. Maybe he was dogging it, who knows.

I will probably regret it but I'll take someone younger with less mileage just for piece of mind.

    Goalline Backs

For me, this article tells me "Get SJax no matter what it takes!" 20 some attempts is nuts.

    Beast Mode being ignored?

1400+ total yards two seasons in a row. Double digit tds two seasons in a row. Absolutely no competition for starting job. Not really that many carries over his career or over used the past two seasons. Team with Super Bowl aspirations. Yet I see him ranked outside the top 5 much of the time. Why?

Which is easier? Finding WW WR's or RB's?

Wait on TE's, grab a QB you feel comfortable with any time 5th round an on. I want 2rb/2wr before my QB (depends which end of snake you are on too). I'll wait on TE's not named Graham, I won it all with Gresham so I ain't picky.

Which is easier? Finding WW WR's or RB's?

    32 starting RB's. 64-96 starting WR's.

    Jacquizz Rodgers' value

Your puppy dog friendliness disgusts me.

    Trent Richardson + Norv Turner = ?

Dang, you sneaky little ninja. AP, then who, then TR.

    Beast Mode being ignored?

Those were total touches, not carries. He had 280 and 315 for carries or something like that. I always look at 350 as the breakdown number.

    Beast Mode being ignored?

310 and 335 is not what I'd consider overworked at all.

How bad do the Steelers look fantasy wise?

One year ago everyone and their mother on this bored said Brown was better than Wallace and the WR to own in Pitt, now he's a #3 or #4 WR? How the mighty have fallen.
  22. mgs316

Does anyone trust Tony Romo as a fantasy starter?

A mid round qb that you can pencil in for 26-30 tds and give or take 4500 yards, yeah, I'm pretty happy with that.

    Beast Mode being ignored?

Loved me some rudi Johnson. Good comp but lynch has more talent I would think, hope there is a little upside like a 14-16 td season.
  24. He's getting it from some crappy fansite, sweet. http://fansided.com/2013/08/19/chemistry-between-san-francisco-49ers-colin-kaepernick-vernon-davis-deemed-unstoppable/ So back to real discussion, what about Smith and his security blanket the TE? Fasano, Moaki, and that other guy.
  25. He's the type of pick that can win a team the FF title. 1st-2nd round output that can be had for cheap. If you can get him in the 6th or later, well worth the gamble. Imagine you have picked 2 rbs, 2 wrs, 1 qb through 5 rounds, would you rather get a 1000/6 receiver or a RB that might be able to get you top 12 stats, however unlikely.
