also, if you are using citrus for any dressings/sauces... grilling adds nice flavor to what you are doing

Yes… grass fed is leaner (and has less marbling) than grain fed. They do taste different. Whatever preference one has, fine. now- onto dry vs wet aging

You bet. Don’t overcook the peaches. I like them firm enough to cut (I dice them for this).
