I don't play best ball. I like making the weekly starter decisions. if i could shape it, it would be more of a hybrid of select your starters, then prioritizing backups if someone gets injured. I am not totally in favor of just having best scorers recorded for the week, as there are many one-off performances by players who go against probability.

i think that there are 2 major factors: 1. ease: draft and forget 2. Injury: best ball negates the disadvantage of a player going down 4 plays into a game or season.
