No. Brady is not enough of an upgrade over Cutler. Cutler has been doing great, and it's more important to have stability at RB. If you do this trade your RB's would be Best(a rookie with an injury), Foster(doing well but unproven), McFadden(we know he has the potential to be really bad), LT and Greene. I would look to upgrade your QB by packaging your other RB's besides Turner. And only if Cutler hits the skids, which I don't think he will do, he's got 4 quality WR's and no running game.

I would go with Ryan and Maclin. Vick will probably come back to earth this week, but even if he doesn't I think Ryan has a better game against a SF defense in turmoil. I have to decide whether to start E. Manning or Sanchez. I drafted Manning higher, but 6 TD's over the last two weeks vs butterfinger WR's plus interceptions makes it seem like an easier decision than it is. Also I have to start two RB's and a Flex from the following list: R.Rice, J. Best, M.Torbert, T. Hightower, Damariyus Thomas, and Lance Moore. Will answer yours.

I'm considering starting Tolbert over Charles at flex(Rice and Best at the RB's). But I have a pretty easy matchup this week so I don't mind gambling.

I would wait a week. If Jackson/Vick have a big game you can get more for him and shore up you WR for the entire year.

Unless you are desperate, I would wait a little while and let Knox improve. This would make him even more enticing to the Bears fan and you could get more than Crabtree.
