Good call on McKinnon *if* Pacheco is out. Khalil Shakir warms up this week, then explodes in the last 2. Ty Chandler wins leagues.

Q1) In full PPR - Start 2 of 4 (bench 2): Pacheco (@ GBay), Downs (@ Titans), BHall (vs. ATL), Kirk (vs. Cincy). Right now, I have Breece sitting on the news that he’s dealing with a hamstring issue & the less-than-great matchup - and Kirk is also benched. Change my mind? Q2) Got both the Jets & ATL dst squads. They play vs one-another, in NY. Which DST unit to start this week?
-
Can’t call it. Would view ‘Rankings,’ this site & others, then go with the combined consensus.

Mine: ‘Starts vs. Sits’ = not far down the scroll. Would appreciate your feedback.

Rice. Lot of folk on this board & elsewhere with strong opinions that the Rams dst is going to feast on Cleveland this week. Seems like there might end up being a lot of throws by Flacco in between a bunch of sacks & interceptions. I really dig Ford for his playoff run…but this week what with the qb carousel seems dicey. I wouldn’t be over the moon on Rice, but his floor seems about the same as Fords - and his ability to blow-up seems much higher. (Would play Rice over Guyton too). Nice question; good luck.

Yes to Stevenson.

I think (hope?) if TE plays, he’ll be fine. Said differently, if he plays - you should start him. Other options: A) if DJohnson & TankB are out there, you could drop your crappiest bench player ‘now’ then wait for the MNF news, & if TE is out, pick up DJ or TB. B ) what you said & roll with one of the other 3 you mention. Wilson looked pretty good last week. 50’ish yards & some catches: maybe he does that & flops in for a td…. Yikes all around, but at least the Etienne news seems generally positive for now.

Nice, especially so w/Moss, given the Taylor injury. Looks solid, man. I’d probably keep Spears; you may never play him but (…just like with Moss/Taylor), you have a league winner is Spears if Henry goes out. Others may disagree, but Mitchell, although he may have spikes w/big play ability (which, is his draw for rostering), does not seem likely to rise past rb3 level. Bad schedule + 3 ravens rbs make him a great flex, nothing more. And: in dropping Davis and Rice (esp Davis), you have planted landmines for other managers to pick up. Hopefully, your playoff opponents will start these players against you, resulting in the 0-7 point floor for both these guys. Genius move; you are the best ff manager ever. Good luck winning first place.

Much depends on you roster & depth-by-position. In a vacuum of Mitchell vs. Spears - I’d rather roster Mitchell, on the thought that he more play/flex worthy than Spears in most weeks. Alternatively, and by way of anecdote: i have Bijan & Allgier. I’ve never started Allgier (& never will) but i will never drop him either. ATL has a great playoff schedule for rb’s, and should Bijan get hurt, Allgier could keep me in the hunt to win a ff championship. Allgier is my only handcuff…i like to roster 1 such player on my bench, usually behind my best-of-best talent. (Got Pacheco & Breece too, and am uninterested in McKinnon/Cook). Spears is extremely talented, and like ATL, the Titans have a grear playoff run for rb. I would probably be hesitant to drop him. Definitely would change my mind if little/no rb-depth and/or if Mitchell is in position to be a league-winner (which seems unlikely). Good luck w/your decision.

I would not drop Aaron Jones unless absolutely desperate.

Gus has 20+ point games in 4 of the last 6 weeks. I’d guess that he won’t sustain high-end production like that for r.o.s., simply based off the Ravens schedule. <— it aint good for rb’s. The presence of Keaton (and Hill too) adds to the concern. I would not say he is ‘done’ by any means; he may still be low-rb2/rb3/flex worthy, but the rb1 weeks are probably gone. Mitchell is in the same boat as far as schedule. He sure is fun to watch and could spike a few games, but it doesn’t seem like he will win a ton of running volume with Gus & Justice in the mix. I am *hoping* he will be a nice flex option moving forward, and want to roster him, but wonder if he will be a ‘boom/bust’ type of play from week to week.

Who is the winner?
-
What you & weepaws just said. Dortch probably is a decent flex this week. He (and Boyd) are likely to be dropped & picked back up from week to week. Hopefully no-stress with this decision. There will be another Dortch/Boyd type to be had next week too
-
Nice weepaws! Man, i was kinda thinking you’d tell me to keep Pacheco & swap out Downs for another. Hummmm…your unexpected opinion gives me pause…
-
I’d play Warren over both NHarris & JFord. It’s close…this site (for example) has all 3 in ‘tier 4,’ ranked within 5’ish spots of one another. Am sure other sites may flip these 3 around…but probably not by much. Warren just looks better to me…dude can be just flat out explosive. Tough to get it right. 33% chance of success!! Good luck.

Herbert, with confidence.
-
Singletary.
-
I’d monitor Mostert in practice this week. He might be banged up, giving JWilson & Achane (<—, if he plays) most of the touches. If Mostert is limited, you have your answer. If Mostert is a full-go, then I agree with weepaws: sit Hall. Zeke is also banged up; Stevenson should be a great volume play this week.
-
Cook has killed in 3 of his last 4 games. I’d stay in that fire & play him.
-
Rams, ATL, Bucs, Chargers, Jags. All seem pretty decent.
-
I trust him just fine. Plenty to not like about the Jets but *in full ppr*, Breece is an every-week rb2. He’s had 3 horrible weeks, all in w2, w3, & w4. Thereafter, he’s scored (appx.) 37, 19, 26, 10, 9, 18, & 11. His playoff run: an awful play vs Dolphins in w15, followed by to delicious matchups in w16 & w17 (Commanders & Browns). Too, there seems now to be a chance that Rodgers is playing during the ff runouts. Managers could do a lot worse.

Before the remainder of week 12 finishes up, i can stash 1 of: Roschon Johnson (Foreman is now out), AT Perry (w/MThomas now on IR), or Chase Edmonds (looks like RWhite might not play). I assume that all 3 will get extra touches today, Which do you think might have the best shot at becoming flex worthy down the stretch?
