Calvin Johnson was my MVP - Rock solid the last half of the season and through the playoffs. Cobb and Moreno were my mid/late season pickups that really saved me though.

Feels like maybe Shorts has a higher floor, but Cruz has a higher ceiling.

My team with Rice was eliminated this week (thanks Ray), but there is no way I would sit him. Play to win, the championship game is no time to start second guessing your studs.

My 2012 Fantasy Football season is over beacuse... Brian Hartline was the top player on my team last week and everyone else took the day off -
Packers will have 10 in the box in week 17!
-
He's wildly inconsistent because he is a matchup player. His looks are going to depend a lot on how the Titans line up against 3/4 WR sets which is pretty hard to predict. The potential is there, but its pretty high risk. No doubt though, my opponent last week who had him sitting on the bench would be screaming for you to start him

Cobb is my flex - feeling pretty good about him!

I don't understand that logic. A player putting up points at the end of the year could be a sign that they are starting to come into their own and has more potential in the next year. Obviously that could be different if they are playing against a second string lineup of someone who locked up a playoff spot, but in general it shouldn't matter when they got their points. I think the biggest disappointment with Mathews was that he wasn't really the 3 down back he was supposed to be as he sat out on a lot of passing plays. That guy has got to be the biggest injury risk out there though - he will definitely be a mid rounder next year at best.

I Don't Remember a Fantasy Playoff Week

It was definitely a rough day - my top scoring team put up its worst game of the season and was eliminated in humbling fashion. -
All those people starting Freeman...

Its only good if I don't get eliminated this week!

Rotoworld: ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Robert Griffin III (knee) will not start Sunday's game against the Browns. According to Schefter, the Redskins informed Kirk Cousins that he will be the starting quarterback during a team meeting on Saturday. Griffin, who practiced in a limited capacity this week, failed to earn medical clearance after it was determined that he could further damage his knee by playing. Cousins practiced with the first-team offense throughout the week and will make his first career start after coming off the bench last Sunday to lead the Redskins to an overtime victory over the Ravens. Griffin is targeting a Week 16 return.

I'm starting him as my RB2 since Bradshaw is out - my expectations are low though, hopefully he can get a TD.
-
If it makes you feel any better, in the Chicago-GB game earlier this year he put up a solid 2-24/0 stat line. Muhahaha
-
While he certainly hasn't lived up to his ADP, at this point you just gotta roll with him. He is due for a TD

If Bradshaw sits, who you starting Wilson over?
Arsenal replied to Jarvis Basnight's topic in FFToday Board
As a Bradshaw owner, I hate this thread. Wilson was drafted in my league and the owner wouldn't accept any kind of reasonable trade for him. Looks like Owens will be my RB2 for the playoffs -
Most of the "bums" here are high talent players with injury issues here though. They are the exact kind of players that it is usually great to spend a late round pick with because if they work out, they do have that high ceiling and can be a stud.
-
I think he will see plenty of week 17 work, but week 15-16 games are too important. Barring injury, I think you are looking at like 4-6 carries max.

Ryan Brady RG3 Shaub
-
Brady seems like a no-brainer to me.
-
My alternative is Romo - going to stick with Matty, especially with Dez looking out or gimpy.
-
If you are starting RG3 and havn't worked all season long to have a viable backup just in case he can't go, you probably deserve to lose
-
I wouldn't trade down unless there was really no one at the spot that they could use. BPA just means you don't reach in the draft for questionable players (which the Raiders do on a regular basis), take the best available and work around the weakness in your team with lower quality players. No team is perfect, but if you have a higher average quality of player at every position, it is much easier to work around your weaknesses. They don't need a Luck to win - Palmer isn't terrible, he just needs help.
-
Hopefully he is just laying low in order to turn it on for the playoffs. Yeah, who am I kidding?
