Things are looking up for the guy that drafted Dobbins in my league. He has both Mostert and Singeltary.

I wonder why Sermon is inactive. Hopefully he gets a chance to show what he can do this year.

[Late Round TE]

I would like to draft Waller if I can, but if that doesn't work out I plan on waiting at TE. The problem is I'm not sure who I like as a late round TE. I have four guys I'm looking:

Irv Smith - Talented, but fourth in the pecking order behind Cook, Jefferson and Thielen. I'm not sure there are enough opportunities for him.

Mike Gesicki - Technically a TE, but also lines up in slot. I think he has a reasonable chance at 4-6 catches most weeks, so he won't really leave me with 2 for 11 weeks.

Jonnu Smith and Hunter Henry - The problem is there's two of them, and I have no idea week to week which one will have a decent game. I like Jakobi Myers, but there are not a lot of WRs on this team to steal receptions, although White will take some of them.

Thoughts on these guys or others I didn't mention?

From 3-6 to 7-6 with a chance to make the playoffs. If I win next week and anyone 2-4 loses, I make the playoffs. If all three teams lose I could finish in second place.

No, I did not start those guys. I did manage to win though. Or at least not lose. I was playing the manager I made a trade with earlier in the season. I traded Lamar Jackson and Odell Beckham Jr for Saquon Barkley and Adam Thielen. None of those four players played this week. lol

In an eight team, two Qb league, I started Carr (-0.40 pts) and Goff (1.02 pts). Zero touchdowns and seven turnovers between the two.

3-6 in my long time keeper league. Near the bottom (25 pts or so) in points scored, and near the top in points against (35ish behind the top guy). Not a good combination.

Week 1 James Conner got "injured". So did Kittle I think.

After week 1 and before week 2 I traded for Barkley, he went out for the year week 2.

Week 4ish? Nick Chubb got hurt.

Just not my year.

It probably depends on which two WRs you took and which running backs you followed up with. I had Michael Thomas as a keeper, drafted Beckham, and followed up with Cook, Fournette and Jacobs. So it sorta worked, except I didn't get the 2nd reliable WR that I'd hoped for.

If you went WR/WR which WR did you get and which RBs did you pair with them?

I'm probably going to start him as well, but I certainly don't feel good about it. But I am playing the guy that traded Conner to me, so what the heck. And it's not like I want to start Tyler Boyd against the Patriots pass defense.
