FU to Jordan Love. Forced to play him with Hurts out and he’s completely worthless. Don’t know how he ever puts up decent stats.

Flacco is starting and Pollard is out so Downs and Spears just got a whole lot more appealing. I didn’t start Dobbins today so will be deciding between these two and Ford.

Need to pick one for a 1/2 ppr flex spot: Ford (vs MIA) - seems like safest option but can get vultured at the goal line. Dobbins (vs NE) - With Edwards out he’s intriguing but might get eased back into action. Spears (vs JAX) - only if Pollard doesn’t play? Miller (vs LV) - can Rattler lead a functional offense and will they feature Miller? Downs (vs NYG) - Would probably lean away unless Flacco starts. Dobbins plays on Saturday which speeds up the timeline on the decision. You touched on Dobbins, Spears, Miller, and Downs in the article. Ford is the only one missing. Thanks!

I almost had a heart attack on that Zeke td as I wasn’t close to the TV. That would’ve cost me a place in the title game if it was Dowdle.

Thanks for the input, Doug! I ended up going with Johnson and Moore after Njoku was ruled out and the weather looked decent, but there were no good options in hindsight. Henry also underwhelmed but I’ll still advance thanks to Hurts, Gibbs, Adams, McLaurin, and the KC D. I did pick up Downs (dropped Edwards) so he’ll be an option next week.

Great article, Doug! Two half PPR lineup questions for you (I also posted this to the article comments): 1 - Pitts or J.Johnson. Haener is a question mark as you mention but Pitts has been MIA recently. He does have a good matchup this week of course. Schultz is also available. 2 - At flex I need to choose from Bigsby, E.Moore (Tillman ruled out and Njoku questionable), Allen (only if Hall gets ruled out), and Edwards. Downs was dropped and I could possibly pick him up. Thanks!

I agree with this. I watched this game and Mitchell looked great when the game was still “in doubt” and was playing ahead of Hill. He piled on some big gains later of course. This backfield is certainly a bit annoying though.
