CEH is a fine backup. I would say with the landscape of the RB position today, most teams are fine if their "#1" goes down. There are some special cases... Henry as a Titan, ummm ummm I guess Barkley as a Giant, CMC I don't even really count as a RB as much as an offensive weapon. As just a RB, if h went down, I still feel confident Shanny would find someone to operate above expectations in that system. It would be a big blow offensively because CMC is such an overall weapon, but I wouldn't label it deep trouble. We saw Taylor out in Indy and Moss play great. When Breece went down in 2022, we saw Bam Knight come in and play admirably in a bad offense. Pacheco came out of relatively nowhere. Miami had Mostert, Achane. Singletary was good in Buffalo when they actually used him, they let Moss go, then they transitioned to Cook. I could go on and on. RB is just too fluid and so often scheme dependent that only the truly special guys will be badly missed, and even then I would argue the team can still get by. A playoff or SB hopeful doesn't usually lose that status because their star RB goes down.

people who day trade and know what they are doing won't get "bit" by tax laws. It's second nature for day or swing traders. Personally, on the occasions where I got "stuck" and had to hold longer than anticipated (im not a day trader by definition), then the closer it gets to 1 year brings that decision into play. Finally showing a good profit after 10 months? might as well hold on. I don't think a lack of knowledge in regards to short term capital gains tax has anything to do with crypto investors as much as it does the robinhood crowd... as Alias already mentioned. Although since crypto has a heavy amount of less educated fomo investors, might be a bit more of that.

I don’t think that solves the issue though (if this is even an issue at all) unless we are adding roster spots in general. i suggested 2 more draft rounds because it would bring us to an even 30 roster spots and those last 2 rounds added are most likely Going to be filled with exclusives anyway

This can also be an issue, even on the east coast if you want to get your lineup ready for the next day. Pitchers who didn’t play are droppable but anyone who accrued stats that day is not.

i don't think daily transactions are difficult, overall. Just seems like a lot of work for teams to be doing so many add drops... especially after the AS Supp when they lose 2 more exclusive roster spots. Granted adding 2 more roster spots at the start of the season won't have a huge impact on the daily turnover. was just a thought

Food for thought for next season.... expanding rosters? maybe as simple as going to 30 total rounds (28 regular and 2 supplemental). Or do we like the constant rotation of exclusive players? It's probably fairly inconsequential but might make some lives easier if we don't have to be on top of 30 add/drops per week. some teams just use 1 roster spot for the entirety of an exclusive SP rotation or do we feel this is a positive element of the geek homers chess game?

I think it's pretty simple that every atlanta skill position player gets a decent bump. Cousins doesn't need to be Mahomes. He is a very good NFL and Fantasy QB and such a huge improvement over that this offense has had since these young weapons came into the league. London - should get the biggest boost. Doesn't need to be Justin Jefferson. Jefferson is not the only receiving weapon Cousins has been able to utilize in his career. Pitts - a small bump because he was already being drafted higher than he deserved in previous years based on unrealized potential but his production might be now or never as he finally has a legit QB. Robinson - hard to give an ADP bump to a guy people were falling all over themselves to draft in the first several picks. In terms of actual production, I think his biggest boost will come from the new offensive scheme. Of course, Cousins and the threat of an actual passing game will help open up lanes.

I just don't think a rebuilding team makes the kind of trade they did for Burns. rebuilding teams don't usually give away picks and big contracts. I may have said this earlier in the thread, I get threads like this mixed up with group texts sometimes. If they are going with Jones this year, taking one of those WR's makes the most sense. The Giants have spent too many years drafting little speed guys. I don't think Daniel Jones is the answer at all but I do think Daboll and Schoen feel their seats getting hot. It makes sense to give Jones a legit #1 to throw to.

Their target should be Nabers or Odunze, imho. I think everything they have done this offseason points to going all in to save jobs. They will ride Daniel Jones.

yeah. I mean i know Maximum champion and toiletfoam are purposely over the top and hopefully not dumb enough to think that every "liberal" woman fits their funny descriptions.
