He is talented enough to do better. I think this is a little bit where the o-line issues and QB play comes into the equation. I think what he did last year was very impressive considering teams could stack the box and the Jets had so many injuries on the line. Saquon, for example, had less yards on more carries (also playing behind a crap o-line). He may have failed to surpass 1k yards but he was 13th overall in rush yards. Granted he played 17 games.

(disclaimer: Jets fan) I usually avoid Jets in FF but Hall is my #2 RB this year, so his ADP at 2 only surprises me because my guess is that most people would lean toward CeeDee or Tyreek after CMC is gone. But the thing is, Hall was RB2 overall and RB6 by points per game last year WITHOUT Rodgers, running behind a swiss cheese offensive line. It's really more about having a legit QB under center this year than it is specifically about Aaron Rodgers turning Hall into a stud. Hall is already a proven stud. There is no way that the additions the Jets made to the offensive line (Tyron Smith, Morgan Moses, John Simpson and Olu Fashanu) plus a healthy, competent QB, doesn't help to open up the run game even more. In a league where workhorse backs are less and less prominent, you have some people that view them as even more valuable in FF and some who view the position as one to pass on early. Depending on the league, my personal rank of Hall is anywhere from #2 to #5. #5 if I feel I should target WR early, in which case I would lean toward Lamb, Hill and Chase before Hall.

he just thinks he's being clever because last season there were a few occasions where I did respond to some posts on the little help board, after the fact. weepy doesn't bother me at all. although it is sad that posters like him are one of the biggest reasons this forum is such a ghost town.

i'm not going to get into it with a clear troll. explain to me how the comment you quoted is considered Tuesday Morning FF, when I am responding to someone about a topic that is still relevant until the season begins and drafts end? thanks, god bless

I like the 10-girl league jab but in reality, a 10 team league with all smart owners is more challenging than a 12 team league with some half ass owners. But I digress. You have to know your league... if RB's go fast and furious, then there could be merit to landing Gibbs and Taylor, which would be my duo of preference although I wouldn't hate the upside of Barkley. If you do think there will be good backs available at the 3/4 turn, then I would probably grab Garret Wilson and AJ Brown.

ive always kind of liked Billy. I remember something years ago where he went back to Florida to help the golf team a bit and he just seemed like a fairly down to earth guy. what was his act at chambers bay? I honestly don't recall. not saying he's one of my favorite or anything and I am surprised this is the major hes contending in but I feel like i'll be cheering for him and Rosie. No offense to Brown, probably a nice story but for whatever reason I dont like major champs who then immediately fade into obscurity -

never had a bank account be hacked. CC info stolen once and a large purchase made at a best buy, they caught it right away. PayPal account hacked once and whoever hacked it changed my info and turned it into a business account in Texas . -

I always tried to list the standings with the person who was at that mark first, ahead in the order. But obviously that's not good for breaking a tie at the end of the season. I think chopping the total for 2nd/3rd would be best. -

The draft is always my favorite part of FF leagues, I just also enjoy navigating weekly lineup decisions, managing my roster, potentially trading although most people are too afraid of possibly losing a trade ever. I've seen so many Dynasty leagues fold because a lot of people just love the startup draft and get bored easily when all they have is a rookie draft in subsequent years. There was a group of guys here at FFT that used to frequent the main bored, after the originals but before the current group, that loved dynasty but they were constantly pitching new dynasty startups. There are aspects of FF that I don't care for because I think they take away from strategy... best ball, "superflex", having lots of flex spots, huge benches

I think we already saw FF's peak. For a number of reasons, but I think it already happened. It's still plenty popular though. I don't get as amped up about it as I used to and I was also a nut job running 10-12 team leagues in middle school... for $... and getting in trouble for that the IBL is a great example. When I was invited to join team FFT, I was excited. There were more boards involved, lots of trash talk, kind of felt some pressure to represent this site. It was that way for years but the past 3-4 seasons, you can see the lack of interest. At one point down to 6 forums participating and one year even grasping to find a 6th. Old mainstay forums gone, new influx of Axelf style characters and even the participation and teamwork among FFT members has waned. I'm still in several leagues, but that's less than before... and i derive no enjoyment from DFS lineups and best ball leagues. I'll do a weekly lineup in a GPP for shiits and giggles but thats about it.

there's a lot of guessing, i'd call it educated guessing, in FF. From the draft onward. Luck plays a big part in fantasy more than a lot of people care to admit. But I do still think being someone who follows football more than other league members should reward those owners in some way and that's where I think it comes into play. best ball leagues allow people who want to play FF but maybe don't even watch much football on Sundays to draft a team based on a websites rankings and have a really good shot at winning. Very few decisions to make after the draft.

Biden has COVID, he said "should his doctors tell him he had a "medical condition," he would consider dropping out".
WhiteWonder replied to Maximum Overkill's topic in The Geek Club
Agree with almost everything you said aside from this. No one forces people to take out student loans they can’t afford. Debt forgiveness by Biden is a joke and a disservice to the country. if you want to help college graduates, try tackling the issue at its source… Rising tuition costs. Don’t try waiving a magic wand and figuring debt.
