People continue to get an education because the world around us is ever changing. Math, Science, History, the Arts, etc are ever evolving. do the teachings of the lord change? sure, the bible may get revisions but don't the principles remain? preachers just invent new ways to apply those teachings so they can continue to push their beliefs onto others. If someone lost their job because of Covid, and then found a brand new job that didn't exist before Covid, all that's been done is replacing one job with another (assuming their old position never returned). You havn't actually created an additional job in the workforce. As I'm sure has been mentioned a hundred times in this thread already, a lot of "job creation" numbers for 2023 are including people returning to work who were either temporarily laid off or terminated during the height of the pandemic. In many cases the word job recovery is much more accurate than 'job creation'... but job creation sounds better leading into an election year. Job recovery was bound to happen no matter which monkey was in office. I'm not really a trump guy but he didn't get the luxury of stepping into office ALREADY in the tailwind of a recovering stock market in 2021. That's what Joey got and still, managed to F it up for a quite a while. Inflation is still here, mortgage rates the highest they have been in nearly 25 years, inflation still the highest it's been since probably 2008.

there are people here who claim to never use the report feature and they absolutely have. (not you, just pointing it out.) As for the alias thing, I have 2. One was to mock a specific person/event (medstudent) and the other was sort of mocking a person but I was also serving a suspension on this account because GF was a child. The post count between both is probably very low. I think certain people create aliases when things start to not go the way they expected with their fabricated personas and everyone is giving them a hard time. Digby comes immediately to mind.
