I guess the above is mine as I believe big pharma was paid off to sit on vaccine news until post election.

Biden’s accomplishments (and failures)

It's not actually a flat out lie, but it is sickening. One of the most sickening things i've seen thus far in my life was the perfect timing of Pfizers announcement of a 99% effective covid vaccine. For those who don't remember, that announcement was made the Monday after Biden won the election. If anyone needs proof that elections (not just this one) are often rigged, look no further. You mean to tell me Pfizer did not have this information handy, let's say 2 weeks prior? Conveniently they concluded that the vaccine was 99% and ready to go on the Monday after Biden "won"? No way they would ever sit on that info for a week or two to make sure Trump's side couldn't use it as a final feather in their cap, right? So yes.... Biden was handed vaccines on a silver platter. -

I share your sentiment. Flex is the easy way out. Don't want to make hard decisions? add a flex! Not saying this is the case here but often when people lobby to remove a static position in favor of a flex it's because they don't want to feel like they are reaching at a position or that they have to build their team with a player they are not thrilled with just to fill a position, even though every owner is in the same strategic boat. ... but i play in leagues with multiple flex spots, so it doesnt ultimately matter to me. The draft will be very heavy WR, as you mentioned. Plan accordingly. and just for the record there is still strategy with any type of lineup, just that when you add flex, it removes the hard decisions. -

Meh. Injuries happen, deciding what do do with disgruntled players is strategy. Although I dont like the idea that someone could come on the clock after a major injury and be gifted a starter because if it. I just think a 12 team slow boat draft in these forums will be a shiit show, especially when we know we have roughly 13 days. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it, much like my thought with most of the settings etc. -

personally, no. I have zero interest in a slow draft. Our 11 man golf drafts sometimes drag on to get through 6 rounds. I don't see it going well at all. I would have been fine finding out my draft slot 30 minutes before the draft. Now, those who need to can prep for their slot and we can just have a quick draft on 8/31 -

Fantasy Football and Golf . Not fantasy golf, clearly I suck at that, despite winning a Spedex cup -
sign up for what? I'm the "commissioner" and the one who reactivated the league on Yahoo... I didn't know we officially switched to ESPN... I will log in there now

oh for sure. I wasn't claiming them to be healthy although I would rather have real sugar and more ginger flavor as opposed to canada dry or seagrams. they are quite delicious

i've never been with a FAT chick, but from the few thicker girls, I have not found this to be true. Latina's and Milfs give the best.

8/31 has not had any objections yet. We had some people wanting a slower draft in threads here and some people who don't want injuries to come into play. Unfortunately, can't have both. In order to do a slow draft we would really have to start ASAP with the shiit show we all know that would be. If injuries are a concern, I would suggest just sticking with a live draft in the ESPN or Yahoo draft room like we did last year. That was VERY smooth.

I just stepped aside figuring you and Lager had it under control with the various proposals and such... plus I had to focus on the FFToday IBL stuff. I had activated the Yahoo league for 2023 before Lager went and made an ESPN league. If we are using divisions it should be ESPN since Yahoo struggles with goofy tie break rules. If it's no divisions, might as well stick with yahoo and just let me know any changes I need to make to the scoring. I believe the majority vote was for $50... which is fine with me since i'm in like 12 leagues again. We have some draft dates that don't work (personally, 8/26 and 9/6 do not work for me, anything else is fine)

I think the bigger question here is why is Queen being specifically promoted to kids? I have no issue with kids listening to a greta band but I'm getting the feeling that Queen, specifically is being introduced to kids because of Mercury and the fact that in today's society, Freddie would likely be a they/them and more. This seems obvious when promoting the band to kids but warning that their content contains references to adult themes such as violence and drugs... So that is okay for our youth, but the song fat bottomed girls itself is not?

nah, the year you quit we paid top 2

Not a bad comp although I always felt like Reed was our Poulter. Or maybe im just putting too much emphasis on his partnership with Spieth and that epic match against Rory.
-
Maybe i'll join in your honor, i'll be back from Barcelona right before we would probably draft.

he can sweep it out with his putter

Definitely not. I dont really watch what I eat and have mostly gotten by on genes and metabolism my entire life. Years ago I cut back big time on fast food. It was so convenient for me to grab on the way home from work... traditional FF or fast casual. I've also gone through phases where I forced myself to have more salads, especially at lunch. I am a fan of baby spinach salads. Or phases where I got into cooking. Lately I have reverted back to ordering in or eating out, though not to the same extent as the past. My salt intake is way too high. I've never been a sugar/sweets person so that is probably okay... and my drinking is more along the lines of going out once a week or less but then binging and drinking way too much while out . Flip side is im not a big drinker on most other days. Cut way back on coke/pepsi a long time ago. Have been on a ginger ale kick lately (Reeds). Bloodwork and physical results always come back perfect which is good but has probably lead to me being careless with my eating habits and it's going to catch up to me.

Burns win this season was the Match Play. He hasnt had a top 10 finish since the end of May with 6 missed cuts on the year. Young finished 2nd at the match play and 7th at the Masters. He then had no finished better than T32 including 2 missed cuts. He had back to back top 10s at the John Deere and the Open but then a missed cut and a t31 at the 70 man St Jude event. Not saying JT has been better with 6 MCs, no wins and only a handful of top 10's Guess my point it those other guys don't seem like locks to me.
