WR2 = W-Rob over Egbuka; FLEX "Bill" Coskey?
WhiteWonder replied to Bills04's topic in A Little Help!
It sounds like Egbuka may not play so obviously keep an eye on that. Robinson over him anyway -
Etienne and Ladd... do you start a flex for wilson? I think he may have a good game with Tyrod.

the website and app function differently. I believe on the website you have to do as Bills04 mentioned above, by clicking the "manage IR" button. On the app, I think you can simply select the player from bench and the IR spot will show as an option of where to move him.... I think.

I do like WanDale... I don't care about Boutte's 1 catch, I care about his 1 target last week. Wouldn't start him over Robinson or Egbuka. Sounds like you have Bill set for your flex but I might flex Egbuka over him, until we see how his role shakes out with Ekeler out of the picture. And especially because this is PPR. -
I mean, I can't refute any of that because it's your opinion, mostly. Thomas still played well with Lawrence last year even if he produced better with Jones and I did not see any week 1 from them to see why he had 1 catch on like 7 or 8 targets but I did see a lot of the plays from this past week and he looked just awful. If his effort level is down because he feels his QBs effort level is low... I have no idea. Personally I have always felt that Lawrence has the talent and just needed a good and consistent system. The guy came into the league with Urban Meyer in town for focks sake and is now on his 3rd coach. But you may be right about his effort/work ethic. I have no idea there. As for Hunter, I figured he would be better as a full time DB with a sprinkle of offensive plays. I likely fell for them saying he was going to focus on WR during camp. Again, I did not look to draft him in any real leagues but my expectation still was 7-10 touches with some designed screens, short routes, even an outside carry or two.
-
I do agree that drafting him in a non idp format was probably foolish, depending on when selected. As for Brian Thomas, he was scared going over the middle and his zero effort there directly led to an interception. He also had 3 'drops' on potential scoring plays. One of those admittedly was thrown behind him so i'll blame Lawrence but the other two were lack of concentration/alligator arms. He looked awful out there and showed no ability to win contested catches. Not to defend Lawrence but Thomas has just looked lackadaisical. Also I think people were hoping the Coens offense would find creative ways to get the ball in Hunters hands. I didn't draft him in any real leagues but I believe I did in the June Mock (non PPR) hoping for some designed plays that might result in scores regardless of his overall volume.

wait, who did the cancelling?
-
proceed with caution. could definitely work out but Tyrod is also that kind of guy who might make the most with his opportunity. i like a number of defenses more including seattle, atlanta, indy, green bay, and buffalo if any are available.

we've had a KSB sighting? if ed is back he can bank again since I already said i'm not carrying winnings forward.

they are absolutely BS, but I will say it's easier for them (them being the auto loan lender) to repo a tangible item like an RV and Ford F350 so I can sort of understand that aspect. The more ridiculous stuff is having it lowered because you closed/cancelled a card. Or because you don't use enough of your available credit often enough. Like fock, the CC companies want you to use the max and not pay in full every month and never cancel a card you don't need because the perks suck, but why would the credit bureaus want that? All they should care about is your lifelong credit history and how responsible you are with your credit

811, went down a bit when I opened a new CC 2 months ago which naturally dropped my average age of my accounts.

in light of this information I would say start with the sentry in Jan
-
too early for me to think / care. if we are doing 8 events i guess id rather not have a double header. Sentry works if its a decent sized field? or I saw someone mention Fedex first event... I have no idea how many are in the sentry field, I feel like it was more than it used to be? and no idea about which events are "elevated"... St Jude is 70 but no cut so could finish things off with a draft 4 score 3 or even a draft 6 score 3.

the actual announcement doesn't matter. Unless he had announced larger or smaller than expected. .25 was widely expected for the last... month? The markets have been up over that time frame so this was already baked in. You will maybe see the market finish red today and possibly red for the week because this is closer to "buy the rumor sell the news" concept.

Well, property management companies are a bit different but Ed is just a landlord. So on one hand, he needs to look at his costs and if he can't charge enough to make a decent profit each month / year, then it's time to sell the property. At the same time, if he only goes by his costs and what he feels like he wants to make and he outprices versus comparable rentals in the area, he will have a harder time getting a tenant and any time the property spends vacant is a total loss for him. So he needs to take it all into consideration. The market around him probably plays a bigger role in his decision. -

really short sighted commentary, even from you. Yes, of course wealthier areas tend to be the safer areas... safer areas also tend to be the wealthier areas as wealth tends to go where they feel the school systems are better, neighborhood is safer, community is cleaner, etc. Which comes first, the chicken or the egg? the wealth or the safety? So yes, I think a case can be made for the politics in a town or city, state playing a major part in things. As for liberal politics, lib/dem is the party of the marginalized. They will always find a way to create new marginalized groups and it is always in their best interest for those groups to continue to feel marginalized in order to garner their vote as people tend to vote for what they feel a party can do for them moving forward, not what they think they have done for them in the past. Libs/dems promise equality (in many shapes and forms), do you really think they want to truly deliver it? Putting politics aside, there are some cultural issues as well. I've talked about this in the past but there are towns around me that are spectacular. Some of the best towns to live in the state. There are also some absolute shiit holes. When you drive through those shiit holes you see trash in the parks, dirty shoes over telephone wires, graffiti on buildings, living room furniture in front yards, etc. I mention some of these things because often the excuse is poverty and systemic racism. I have yet to understand why "systemic racism" and income level would lead to any of the things I mentioned. It takes no money to NOT spray paint buildings. It takes no money to throw your trash in a trash can, keep indoor furniture inside, not litter in general. Community groups can get together and clean up parks. ... but when mom or dad get through medical school and start making money, the first thing they do is "get up out the hood". they don't use their wealth to change the neighborhood, they use it to change neighborhoods. I don't blame them. If I lived in an area where everyone was lazy and apathetic and my surroundings reflected that, once my financial situation changed I would likely choose to leave as well. -
