Im heading to Cape May NJ for the next week+ so I won't be able to help edit the spreadsheet... basically because I am lazy and am not logged into the same google account on my phone. Maybe i'll try once I get down there this evening. Played sim golf yesterday and shot 74 at TPC Colorado. Gotta love when I don't have to putt , although they very realistically gave me a 3 putt on a par 4 where I drove the green Am playing Cape May National https://www.cmngc.com/course.html on Monday with my dad. Should be fun but also interesting as I am now carrying 2 drivers in my bag like a tard. The Qi10 I won in November and my M2. I have the shafts swapped into the opposite heads at the moment and from my simulator testing yesterday the best combo right now seems to be the new shaft with the older m2 head. . The swing obviously matters most but with good swings all around, the M2 head + newer shaft seemed to consistently gain 5-10 yards. I know, I know, rats ass

I mean the fact that the top 10+ ties includes 16 golfers and only 5 of them were drafted speaks volumes to what happens when we go from smaller field events to something like this where no one is drafting Matty Fitz anymore and guys like Bez don't get a look in round 6. I sort of expect Vegas and Pavon to fade, but everyone else up there ... Si flair for example, seems like a good potential first time major winner. Hopefully some of the bigger names at -1/-2 have big moving days

I don't think Phil pumping up a young LIV player is anything to take seriously or to feel like you have to cheer against him. Everyone knows Bryson is the best player on LIV and when it comes to major championships, there are probably a handful of guys I would still be looking at over Niemann, including Rahm, Hatton, Reed... maybe even Brooks... maybe Cam Smith at Augusta or an Open. Not to rehash the entire LIV debate but it already succeeded far beyond what the initial LIV haters claimed it would. Top names in the game went to LIV when it was only supposed to be the Mickelsons and Garcias... It forced the PGA to reshape itself pretty dramatically with all these elevated events and larger purses after it claimed it didn't have the extra $... "team golf" was supposed to be a joke but now we have the TGL headlined by Tiger and Rory in partnership with the PGA and backed by ESPN and it's nothing more than an extra money grab for the top players and their friends. I think it was Charley Hoffman? who made some comments in regards to certain guys doing extra stuff (TGL) and when Rory was asked about the comment, he said something to the effect of how he assumed they were talking about him and at the end of the day, each player has to do what they feel is best for themselves and their families. Funny how that was not the sentiment when guys were leaving for LIV.... Okay, i'll get down off the soapbox and back to the PGA Championship As much as I love Rosie, I should have let him pass on by this week

Yes. the threat of tariffs is very often a negotiation tool. They can also bring jobs back if they force us to be less reliant on foreign imports. They are also aimed to balance out trade... which is part of the negotiation . How can you be so obtuse when it comes to this topic.... I mean, aside from the trump hate blinders you have on. republicans and democrats have historically pointed to the trade imbalance with China specifically and the amount of stuff they manufacture and dump into the western markets. Someone is finally taking action, and you're just pissed off because it's Trump.

This is not rocket science. Sorry if anyone was telling you otherwise but I think most people... with a minor in finance or not... would have told you that tariffs and a trade war would drop the market in the short term with the hope being that we start to balance trade (which can include getting other countries to lower their tariffs on us, and/or getting more of the things we import produced here at home) and it winds up being good for the market in the long run.

I have always thought the tariffs were a negotiating tactic first and foremost. However, any permanent raise in tariffs can also be seen as a good thing for manufacturing and job creation. China, for example, has large tariffs on US imports and they really do nothing to help create jobs here. On the other hand, the amount of goods we import from China, helps create loads of jobs over there.
