In just saw you mention being at a friends on election night. I don’t think being at a watch party keeps you from looking at your phone and being able to visit fftoday.com. I’m doing it right now. It’s super easy and my gut says if things were flipped and looking like a Kamala landslide, you’d have been posting from your phone, drunk or not. Just as I suspect you’d have been here the following day to gloat and offer your emotional support to whichever posters you were going at (half of whom are blowhards themselves). so yeah, I don’t buy any of it but I also don’t care that you no showed

Meh. I don’t know much about strike but I think his post nailed it on the head. definitely hope @OldMaid has a speedy recovery but I highly doubt that had to do with her vanishing act. If Kamala wins, you think she doesn’t show up? it reminds me of the people who whine about not having time for fantasy football because “real life” when their team is doing poorly but when it’s doing well, they are great and perfectly capable of managing a simple hobby as part of their real life. I would agree that she simply waited for things to cool off a bit and then used her surgery for a little sympathy and a smoother landing.

I guess Joe Douglas has to go too. I was actually hoping they would keep Douglas and hire a new coach (Ben Johnson?) ORRRRR , yes, I would be all for a Rex Ryan reunion. I think hes been away from the game just long enough that it hasn't passed him by and his message would be fresh for younger players. I'd also expect Bart Scott on his defensive staff... then focus on hiring a legitimate offensive coordinator. Douglas has made some poor moves (Zach Wilson, not having a veteran backup in 2023, not having better line depth) but hes also made some good moves (Gardner, Garrett Wilson, Breece Hall, Jermaine Johnson, Will McDonald looks good too. Signing Quincy Williams and DJ Reed, focusing on the offensive line for 2024, including Fashanu) I don't care if Rodgers comes back. I want to see how Jordan Travis looks next offseason and if Rodgers doesn't come back, I want a veteran signing to let Travis develop. But the biggest issue with this team is Woody Johnson. Be it Brett Favre, Tim Tebow, Firing the GM (Tannenbaum) and keeping the coach (Rex) which rarely works when a new GM wants his own guy, seeming to care more about his ambassador role than the Jets, bending over backwards for Rodgers, etc.... I wish he would sell the team.

Love Cedric Tillman. Was high on him as a rookie in dynasty formats. The move from Watson to Winston was a big help and obviously the trade of Cooper. At this point, we know what Elijah Moore is. We are probably getting close to knowing exactly what Jeudy is, as well. Tillman has the untapped potential here, imo. Not saying he is quite as good as his numbers the last 3 games but garbage time counts for FF and those guys are often the ones who can win you your leagues.
