The reality is, yes it is laughable because there are plenty of NFL players who get smaller contracts and are set for life after their rookie deals because they smartly manage their money and still live pretty sweet lifestyles.... but I also don't have an issue with the guys who flaunt it, overspend and waste it away. they do put their bodies on the line and I think have every right to enjoy whatever lifestyle they want for as long as they can make it last. Just have to prepare to live with the consequences afterwards. Football players go into a different category for me than baseball/basketball/etc. careers are short, injuries are sometimes lifelong

I only bothered to watch the final episode. I just honestly can't stand Portnoy. Bob, Cold Cuts and Fat Perez are the reasons to watch. So many of the invited players were straight up dog shiit, and the final match was some brutal golf to watch. No offense to the guy who passed away but he's not very good. I might have personally enjoyed it more if it was either a better format or only legit social media golfers. It's just odd to have a former tour pro or two in a field with John Gruden and some guy named "The Duke". That said, Paige Spiranic cheating after chirping some other guy for "not playing competitive golf" was great. And the fat dude on Paige's team also clearly cheating. although i'd be willing to bet a lot of that was done intentionally to drive clicks and views and debate even after it ended.

I don't think i'd be able to bring myself to join a 9 hole club I'm not really a country club person but if I was going to join one, it's got to be a course I really like and i'm mostly joining for the events, member/member, member/guest, club championship etc. I'd also have to play a lot more golf because i'm not going to stop playing the dozen other courses I currently play.

First of all, you said he was a late round pick in re draft... which has nothing to do with owners potentially getting antsy and dropping him after week 4. If you play fantasy, you know he was going as early as round 4 in redraft leagues. I have no idea about how many ESPN leagues he was available in but 80% sounds absolutely ridiculous, even factoring in all the ESPN public leagues with 2-3 active owners... Which thread is the link to this information posted in?

I don't really see any difference between posting on Thanksgiving vs some of the people who post here all day, every day. Since smart phones became the norm, long ago, we've all had access in our pockets at all times. I don't think i posted here yesterday but the time spent on my phone between checking fantasy lineups, placing and checking wagers, and several group texts...
