:sigh: learn sarcasm. However, the left has been calling him a king for a year, really more. like i said if you keep repeating the rhetoric to your people enough,... -

he has a fragile ego. everyone knows this. If that was the mission then I would say the people organizing and attending these rallies need to reevaluate their lives to some degree. Perhaps more people should have voted for the democratically appointed candidate last november -

It most definitely is a nothing burger. As of today, we still don't have any kings... so I guess mission accomplished? Otherwise, turn out better and vote for your amazing candidates. Or just keep repeating those buzz words to your side until the tds causes someone to do something monumentally stupid. muh kings, muh hitler, muh threat to democracy! -
told you they needed a veteran presence to stay afloat until burrow could potentially return

Nice to drive around my neighborhood and see street fairs downtown and “Apple fest”. Sorry for anyone who has to see these ridiculous protests. That’s what happens when one side is so on tilt they have to keep telling their voter base that we have a “king” “dictator”, etc. they eat it up. Fear mongering at its finest. -
Blake Snell is possibly the best pitcher in the game (okay i'm a little biased) when healthy and on his A game. He really heated up at the right time.

1. so you want the country to disregard it's own laws... this is what makes Trump a "king"? deporting people who came here illegally? We've had a LOT of kings on the throne then! 2. Are we now saying Trans isn't just a very small issue? -

Not for nothing but no one is starting Justin Fields in fantasy for his passing. You’re starting him for the 28-30 points he can put up, mostly with his legs. He can miss Josh Reynolds as easily as he can Garrett Wilson. Granted Wilson helps him certainly but the bigger issue is if the Jets offense lets Fields take off and run versus staying in the pocket and taking sacks as I believe this is currently an offensive coordinator issue.

The clip is absolutely meaningless unless someone already knows who it is. That's why I have no clue why you bothered to post it. If he was actually speaking or it even mentioned his name, okay... sure. But a random 50 second X clip where he happens to be on screen but not playing any part... i follow politics just a little and had absolutely no clue who he was. To be fair I knew little to nothing about Charlie Kirk either because political activists don't interest me. I'm also not into social media influencers so that probably has a bit to do with it.
-
oh, i'm definitely laughing
-
the guy who isn't speaking, name card isn't visible and is just in frame of this 50 second X clip? why does this X post confirm that I should know who this person is? especially as someone who doesn't live and breathe politics?

***Official*** Most insufferable poster at FFT Geek Club in 2025 - Nomination thread..
WhiteWonder replied to edjr's topic in The Geek Club
Ron Artest ......... Timshack, Tomscrotch These have even passed peafoam in many cases for me. maximum overkill would be on the list too. I don't know enough about squishin but I would guess by the very few interactions i've had that political trolling is all they do so i'd nominate as well. -
Sounds to me like OP was first on waiver priority and is just crying because he would have had Lamar. lies? Sounds like it was “he dropped him accidentally while trying to make Dak his starter” and “he dropped him because he’s new and ignorant”. Those can be one and the same. as someone else mentioned, an owner getting Lamar because another owner is new and made a mistake is just as bad for league integrity. In my opinion, worse.

My cousin said he is unable to sign up for FFT forums because the reCaptcha is not working. Said the error says “site owner”

if I had the ability to delete threads, I wouldn't be deleting only right wing or left wing or some specific side I simply told Megla that there are people other than Mike with the power to lock or delete threads here

Married Geeks: Resisting "Mansplaining" to your wife
WhiteWonder replied to DonS's topic in The Geek Club
i think this idea is true with the edits i made as well. as some people have a hard time not sounding superior in any situation when it's regarding a topic they are well versed in. okay, it might be a little more heightened in men vs women, but i guess my point goes back to feeing like the term was created by the raging pronoun liberal women. if someones question on a topic annoys you because you know all about that topic, you may come off condescending or patronizing in your explanation no matter what. -

but the idea of it being patronizing always seems a bit subjective. -
Would New England have had pick 1 or 2? In a world where they get Daniels I think they might be even better off.

fair and makes sense. I would also think spring time spawns more as well. Apparently I was conceived in June or July . -

I would actually be very impressed with her line of thinking, assuming she knows nothing about sports. As dumb as it sounds, to see every player is wearing a patch that says switch and to associate it with the concept of switch hitting... at the very least it shows some effort on her part -

I never understood. Is mansplaining just answering a question when a woman asks one? I just assumed it was a fake term made up by pronoun using women who hate men, to be honest. -
am I allowed to raise my hand? I was telling people Caleb would be worse than Daniels and quite possibly even Drake Maye. but you're right, I don't think i'd have had the balls to take him over Williams if I was an NFL GM. so you are correct.. luck involved because I'm sure they would not have Maye... but it's also possible Williams on the Patriots looks better since they are building in a completely different manner than the Bears are.
